Extremely new, comfortable house and he already leaves the luxury of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. There is the caretaker Flavio who is extremely polite and assists us whenever we need it. Guilherme always provides everything we need. I had a great weekend with the family and needed to stay longer than necessary and Guilherme assisted us. We'll be back for sure! Beautiful, organized and clean place!

The apartment is spotless. Everything is brand new, wonderful pool, top barbecue, great quality bed and bath linens. A very peaceful place. Close to downtown and busier cities like Savassi. The host is a good person and very clear. He kindly made our checkout flexible. We'd come back 1000 times.

"My experience at Lucia's cottage was simply amazing! The place is impeccable, always clean and with a beautiful decoration that brings a feeling of warmth. Whenever I go to Sete Lagoas, I stay in one of Geralda's properties. As always, impeccable in every respect, I feel at home. Geralda is an excellent hostess, I just have to thank and praise. For sure, on the next trip, I'll be staying in the apt again.

Sítio with well distributed spaces. Piscina near the grill area and the rooms a little further away so as not to bother those who decide to lie down to rest. A very beautiful view and privacy. Espaço clean and organized. A beautiful pool with waterfall to relax. Excellent room huveiros, with separate hot and cold water. Attentive and polite host. We were 23 adults. Too much worth it!!! Very good!!!

I found the space ideal for short stays, exact as written in the listing description. In addition, the service I had was very good, even good: kind, fast, practical and resolutive. I will definitely return to space when I need to stay in BH. And look, another very positive point: location. I was passionate about the avenue where the previous one is located: a lot of good place to eat, busy, has live music, ice cream shops and some cafes. And has a very cheap bakery next to rs. Two only points that I think deserve attention, but that do not take away the quality of the place: the television, because it locked a lot and turned on when I turned on the air conditioner; and the curtain that does not cover the sunlight much. Return, very nice!

Our experience was great, the structure of the accommodation was great and both Ricardo and the homemade were very attentive, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms airy with fan, we love the fact that it has Smart TV, all very good. The only issue I would point out is the cleanliness issue, there were many spider webs scattered around the site and the cleanliness of the pool, but it did not disturb our experience is just an important issue to be improved, the most we like the site very much and we will certainly return later!

Paul's house was an excellent place to rest and reunite the family. She is beautiful, as the pictures show, and has a large kitchen, perfect for cooking along with family members and preparing beautiful tables set. Paulo stood out as a charming human being: very polite, receptive and agile. Without a doubt, his daughter would also return to Paul's house.

Quiet and pleasant place. Great and clean pool with waterfall and flashing lights. Great BBQ spot. Extremely recommended place to rest with the family. Host Silvio was well requested and always responded very quickly. We'll definitely be back.

The place is amazing and Gustavo is a great host. Too bad we didn't stay longer. The place is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. I was able to relax and enjoy it a lot even though it was only for two nights. We'll be back for sure!
