My family and I are very happy, we spent New Year's Eve at the house and since the reservation Andréia was always very attentive, responded quickly, always very polite and helpful. The house is super cozy, all bedrooms have bathrooms! Everything was extremely clean! The caretakers are very nice and helpful. We tried not to be a burden and I hope we didn't cause any inconvenience. Cledson, the caretaker, is very good-humored, a good person, helpful and patient. We even managed to go to the city of ITU and the chocolate farm in one day. Oh, we can't forget Jessie, the little dog on the farm who is super gentle and likes to stay in the guests' mess lol The house is comfortable, I was with my 1-year-old baby and my elderly grandparents who loved the stay. We want to come back more often. Thank you

We spent the carnival holiday in 8 adults and 4 4 year olds, and it was wonderful. The place is very quiet, has plenty of fun for the kids and very safe for Pet. The house is equipped with the basics of the utensils, which were sufficient for the period we stayed. We were surprised by the space, which is better than the photos of the listing! We will definitely return. Fernando is attentive and responds with agility, and the homemade super friendly.

The farm is just amazing! Better than in the images, exceeding all expectations. The space is very well taken care of, it has everything needed for a comfortable and quiet stay. Spacious, clean and perfect environment for resting and enjoying with family or friends. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

A family weekend, with lots of sneakers, in a place immersed in nature. Auxantes kitchen and homemade note 10! To improve even further they could engage in external maintenance (benches around the court and pool). The inside of the house with excellent maintenance!

Grandma Ita's farm is wonderful. In every detail, you can see the dedication of the owner and the homemade. The space, the structure, the furniture, the utensils – all in good quality and very well cared for. As you enter the house, you smell cleanliness. The mattresses, pillows and bedding are clean, smelling and neatly new. The home town is extremely friendly and helpful, always striving to make the stay even more perfect. She is very polite and discreet, being at her disposal without compromising her privacy. The owner was also very helpful. The gardening part of the farmyard is a show apart, a perfect place to rest your mind and reinvigorate yourself. I and my family love and are already programing to come back!
