Apartment exactly as described in the listing and photos. Very cozy, clean and spacious. The host Helder sent the instructions well in advance for us to plan ahead, he was very helpful and kind. It is easy to access, at the beginning of Paiva and has several local shops. We love it and we will definitely be back!

Apartamento very well located. It is very close to the beach and the downtown area. Very easy access to markets and pharmacies. The place is just like the photos. Beautiful and cozy. Very comfortable beds and bed linens. I highly recommend it.

Izabel's apartment is excellent, extremely well furnished, with a very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good quality linens and bath. The condominium is easy to find, check-in and checkout are simple, and the restaurant was great for breakfast. the truth that we would have liked to be more, the apartment is nice, I went with two children and the two bathrooms are great. the comfortable beds and the smart TVs seemed great. but the best of all is the complex, the cleanliness of the complex is great, many amenities, the disyauno (payment) very good, the people and very friendly, and the beach seemed great, although the sea was a little brave the beach is beautiful and keep it clean, always with chairs and umbrellas, the restaurant prices are agreed, we will surely return, we like it very much!!!

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself — you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Close by, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
