The main level includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with the open kitchen, living room and dining area. Upstairs features a loft overlooking the living room area and a view of the beach and ocean. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs located on each side of the loft. Outside - firepit and outdoor shower Located minutes from the beautiful St. Peter's Bay.

Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
