Great find! Franchesca was a superb host - responsive, lots of good info, and very organized. There was an issue with the fridge, and in less than an hour of me messaging heron a Saturday morning, a handyman had come by and fixed it. The place is clean with all the amenities we wanted. The location was great - we were in Fajardo for work, and found it easy to get around. Most importantly, the showers were hot and had good water pressure, and the mattresses were very comfortable!

We stayed for a week during Spring Break and loved it. The view is amazing and the breeze from the windows felt so good. The place is clean and cozy. The AC in the bedroom was perfect for sleeping!! Rene was super quick at responding to all my messages. Totally worth it!!

Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was everything we could have hoped for—beautifully designed with great attention to detail, fully equipped with everything we needed, and sparkling clean. The view was simply stunning!!! Our host, Beverly, was incredibly responsive and friendly. We happened to stay during a power outage that affected the whole island, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is also perfect. It’s a quiet, peaceful area with great amenities and easy access to incredible attractions like the ferry to Culebra and El Yunque National Park. Thank you, Beverly, for an unforgettable stay! We’ll definitely be back!

Nous sommes arrivés en avance et Hector a tout fait pour que l'appartement soit prêt. C'était très appréciable. Bien situé sur un flanc de colline avec vue vers l'est, l'appartement était impeccable : propre, joli, bien organisé avec des éléments de qualité de la cuisine au salon en passant par la chambre et la salle de bain. Il y avait des serviettes de plage, des masques et tubas, de la crème solaire, de l'anti-moustique, du café... au top ! La confortable terrasse couverte donnant sur l'est (merveilleux lever de soleil) est un plus dont nous avons bien profité. L'emplacement est parfait puisqu'il permet d'accéder aux plages et aux restaurants en marchant. Pour le logement, son emplacement et la prévenance d'Hector, ce fut l'acmé de notre voyage. Merci mille fois Hector ! Nous te souhaitons tout le meilleur !

The place was as described, we felt right at home. Very private with a gated entrance and the pool was great too. Vanessa was also very helpful and responded quickly also providing some helpful tips. Would definitely recommend staying there to anyone.

Gabriel’s place is just breathtaking - having breakfast with the view of the ocean has no price! The apartment is beautifully decorated, beach vibes, you feel relaxed instantly when getting there! He was also very responsive and helpful, can’t recommend enough!

What a vacation! Garry’s place was a perfect spot for us. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to several beaches, the rainforest, the marina for tours as long as you have a car. The house was beautiful and had all the essentials and necessities we needed for a comfortable stay. We were there when the island lost power over Holy Week and we were so grateful to be at Garry’s because they have solar power! I didn’t even know Garry’s place has solar power until the whole island was without power yet we were still able to run fans, stove top, refrigerator, take showers, and watch tv. The air conditioning didn’t work with the solar power but the breeze outside at night was spectacular and there were plenty of outdoor chairs in the garage for stargazing. Anyone coming to Puerto Rico should come prepared to survive without electricity if need be but if you rent Garry’s place you’ll have more peace of mind. We will definitely stay again if we head back to Fajardo.

Our stay at “Blue Turtle” was perfect for my two teen boys, husband and myself. The location was absolutely beautiful with a constant ocean breeze cooling the outside area where I loved enjoying my coffee while watching the sunrise. The inside was immaculate and decorated to match their heartfelt blue turtle theme. Great location close to great restaurants and activities in which all were listed recommendations from the host, Victor. Las. Vistas Cafe a block away is a must for the best breakfast and hospitality one could ask for. The bioluminescence bay tours also a walk away was the highlight of our trip!! Victor was responsive, clear and super helpful in all his communications to us. We want to return already. A lovely home away from home!!

We had an amazing stay at Casita de Playa Airbnb in Fajardo, Puerto Rico! The apartment, located on the first floor, offers a breathtaking view that makes you feel like you're on a higher level. Sitting on the balcony in the mornings with a cup of coffee, watching the boats leave the marina, was simply unforgettable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed to relax and truly enjoy our time in Puerto Rico. What stood out the most was Omar’s attention to detail—his thoughtful touches and the way he maintains the space made us feel the warm and friendly vibe of the Caribbean. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway. We would definitely love to return!

This was a wonderful trip for our family. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos - directly across from a perfect beach with sand, grass, shade, and warm clear water. We reached out for help finding the house, just because our navigation didn't work that well until we had the GPS coordinates. Alex and Mara helped us with any questions we had. The house had plenty of beach chairs and even beach toys for kids, however our teenagers did not use them. The front and back porches at the house were great to use on the one day we had rain - we could still be outside enjoying the view without getting wet. We loved walking around the little neighborhood for coffee, drinks, ice cream, and music in the square. There are a few restaurants and we were also able to cook at the house. We found everyone in the neighborhood to be friendly. So many families enjoying the beach and relaxing. We would love to go back.

Reiki, meditation and sound baths with crystal sound bowls by the infinity pool with the amazing views were exhilarating and relaxing at the same time as we watched both the sunrise and then the sunset! Master Suewoo loves you!

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Larry’s place in Luquillo! The location is absolutely perfect—just a one-minute walk to a stunning beach with both fun waves for surfing and a more relaxed spot for lounging and swimming. It was such a peaceful and beautiful area, and we loved being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The home itself is a great base for exploring the island. We did several day trips and found it super convenient to get around from Luquillo. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the abundance of fresh fruit around the property. We were hoping the guanábana would ripen while we were there, but it kept us guessing! My daughter especially loved checking for fresh eggs each morning—such a fun and unique touch to the experience. Overall, Larry is a fantastic host, and this place has a wonderful, laid-back vibe that made our trip to Puerto Rico really special. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great stay at La Hacienda. It was a tricky drive through the winding rainforest roads in the dark, but location was just how Gerardo described. He was proactive with checkin instructions and local recommendations. The house is in a great location by the river and in the rainforest-you can hear the coqui and birds and river flowing all the time. It’s just a short drive to grab groceries or check out the beach/shops in Luquillo. The outdoor living room space was really nice in morning and evenings while relaxing between activities - the ceiling fan helped keep away the few mosquitos that snuck in. Las Pailas is super close and our kids loved spending hours there. Tour groups came in waves so they got a lot of time on the short and high water slides and loved climbing on the rocks - just be careful and carry things on your back and not in your arms! :)

Host was responsive very articulate always ensuring that we are enjoying the space and our time here. Flexible when it came to the availability of checking in as well as allowing us some flexibility to check out. Prompt when needing a response with any questions or concerns very helpful it was a pleasure staying in this space. The place is right on the beach parking close to home and the views were phenomenal. I 100% recommend this place whether you’re here alone or with family and friends. We had a terrific stay. The apartment is actually nicer than the photos make it look - beautifully decorated with lots of room to spread out and be comfortable, and everything you need in terms of kitchenware, beach towels, a bluetooth speaker, coolers, and beach chairs. Of course, it was the view and the pools that we came for - and they were both absolutely fantastic. Make sure you carve out time just to hang out at the infinity pool and definitely book ahead for any snorkeling or bioluminescent tours (we didn't and regretted it). Overall a really terrific stay and a great host -- we will absolutely be coming back!

Karina's studio apartment was spectacular in every respect, except that we had trouble getting in (but Karina was SUPER responsive). It's a beautiful, tastefully and stylishly decorated studio right on the water next to the El Conquistador marina, and a short drive or walk from Las Croabas. My family and I were staying in El Conquistador, and - with Karina's permission - rented her studio for a friend so she could join us easily during the days there. It worked great for that purpose! Our friend reported that the bed was comfy and everything worked great. Things to note: security guard is IN the garage (entry on side of building); lockbox hangs on door *next* to the apt door; apt feels a bit exposed to public entry b/c of glass doors onto 1st fl patio. Read lockbox instructions if you haven't used one before. Road to town is dark at night. Only "guests" of El Conq have access to the resort amenities & there's a 4-person limit per room. MANY thanks to Karina for everything!

We found this place at the last minute after having a challenging experience at another air bnb. This place saved our trip! We stayed two nights and found the place very clean and just as described and as represented in the photos. The view is beautiful and there is easy access to ferries and marinas which will get you some of Puerto Rico’s most beautiful beaches. It is very close the El Conquistador resort. There is a grocery store and a Walgreens within a 15-20 minute drive. There are several local restaurants within walking distance that are enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay! The host was quick to communicate and check in instructions were very easy to follow. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again if we decide to visit this side of the island again!

My best friends and I had an incredible time at Alix’s beautiful condo. This experience truly allowed us to embrace slow living and relaxation! We immediately felt like we were part of a close-knit island community, everyone greeted each other with a smile and a friendly conversation! The views absolutely breathtaking! The sunrises over the ocean each morning were beyond words, and pictures just don’t do it justice. A few tips for future guests: If you plan to explore beyond the island, be mindful of the ferry hours, it only allows six passengers at a time. Harbor Café is a must-visit! The food is SO GOOD! I could eat their fish tacos and empanadas every day! We loved the fun atmosphere, with karaoke nights, a DJ, and great music. We truly enjoyed a few evenings of dinner, drinks, and dancing. If you're looking to explore nearby islands, I highly recommend renting a charter for island hopping—it’s worth it! This was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be back!
