Spacious plus 1

DavidRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Great on-site host to answer all questions, and concerns promptly. Keeps the loft clean, and safe, with a great hard working commitment to the workplace and community. The city Huntington, needs to do its part and keep the city safe and clean. This can be done through hiring and enforcement more public safety officials, especially fire and police. DM
A neatly arranged bedroom features a single bed with a gray and white blanket, complemented by a decorative pillow. A small dresser stands against one wall, beside a lamp. A window with dark curtains allows diffused light into the space.

Cozy Campus apartment

JohnRating, 5 stars2 months ago
James was very helpful with scheduling and keys. The place was excellent. A well-provided kitchen even had a coffee maker and its cups. New cutlery, dishes, and glasses showed excellence. Every kind of soap one could want stocked the shower. Cable TV, air conditioning, and baseboard heat worked. Bed linens felt smooth. Had two basic pillows (and that’s all, thank goodness) and two blankets. An illuminated table offered a convenient eating perch. Plenty of art and positive sayings adorned the walls. The neighborhood was quiet but not elegant. With an hour’s hike one arrives at four parks. On the other hand, Huntington Museum of Art with its excellent nature trails requires a car for safety. Problem: a traveler to #3 with a rolling bag, especially large, would not get past tight cars and rough “pavement.”
The entrance of the apartment is framed by a brick facade, featuring a white door with a rounded top and a welcoming porch light overhead. A small set of steps leads up to the door, while the surrounding area includes patches of grass and a few nearby homes.

Studio apartment Huntington

ErinRating, 5 stars13 months ago
This place is great if you're looking for somewhere pleasant to rest your head for the night. Upon our arrival I texted our host and he was there to bring us our key within 15 minutes. He was very friendly. The place is super clean, it is bike-able to downtown, Marshall, Ritter Park - a very convenient location. My only mild complaint is that the A/C is controlled by the tenant in the main house above the apartment. But no big deal. The WIFI works great. There is a TV with Roku, but we didn't turn it on. There is an oven with a stove top, but no pots or pans. There are a couple plastic cups, bowls, and plates in the cabinet, but I didn't notice silverware. A single bath towel was in the bathroom for our drying purposes, no hand towels or washcloths. The bathroom was very clean, there were some body-washes and shampoos by the shower, soap at the sink, and soap at the kitchen sink. Ample trashcans were provided. Abundant usage of grapefruit air-fresheners. It was perfect for our needs.
The entrance showcases a light gray concrete porch with small white stones and blooming flowers along the edge. Windows with white frames provide natural light, while a white door with a window adds inviting access to the interior. A wooden bench adds to the welcoming outdoor space.

Modern Loft-Style Retreat - Milton, WV

ChrisRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Excellent stay. We were one of the first people to stay at this newly finished building. Super clean and the exposed brick and original cement floors were very cool. Excellent customer service. We had a small issue with the shower and the owner was there in less than 30 min and he fixed it immediately. The only issue we had was the WiFi speed. They said they were going to fix it and since they seem to be very responsive, I’m sure they’ve already fixed. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Parking is super easy, as you can park right in front of the building on the street. The street had very little traffic and the neighborhood seemed very safe. If you’re going to the Milton, WV area, I highly recommend this location. We will certainly be back!! Five stars all the way around.
The image shows the exterior of a white brick apartment door. A small light fixture is positioned above the door, which bears the number 9. Neatly trimmed shrubs flank both sides of the entrance, and a welcome mat is placed on a concrete pathway leading to the door.

Cozy Fly Away Apartment

JaceRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Wonderful little gem hidden away in a historic home in Huntington! My partner and I were super lucky to find such an awesome place to stay for the Mothman Festival this year! The bnb was clean and seemed fairly recently updated! Carl was a kind and accommodating host and very quick to reply! He also owns the Fly In Cafe down the road, we stopped by and had a great meal and time. Definitely recommend!

The Verde Villa

MarilynRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Very responsive host, super comfy beds, happy dogs here! This is a renovated older home (must be able to do stairs!) near hospital & health care offices about a half a block away from other houses. A very easy drive to anywhere in Huntington. 5 minutes from a lovely dg park. New ventless gas wall type heaters for Winter put out great heat but we decided to turn them off overnight. Plenty warm with 2 comforters on the bed.
