Stunning apartment with private pool and breathtaking views which is situated on the grounds of the property which I live. Smart TV and Free WiFi and and no extras for gas/electricity. There is 1 separate bedroom with double bed and corner sofa pulls out to another double. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge freezer and water machine (water provided) Outside you have entertaining area with dining table. The house was very well decorated and located in a quiet and peaceful complex. Every kind of essential item had been thoughtfully provided. The beach, pool, and all amenities were available and nearby. We were very comfortable during our stay. Communication with the host was very quick and attentive. We would consider staying again in this or another of Jure’s properties in the future, thanks to his hospitality.

We are a family of 6 with older children and had a fantastic time at Avraam’s villa. The villa itself was perfect - had everything we needed, the pool was fabulous, we used the BBQ quite a few times and the table tennis proved a hit too. It is in the perfect location, on a quiet residential street about 5/10 mins walk away from the nearest beach and 15/20 mins walk into town along the main road where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. You can also walk along the coastline into the town which takes about 40 mins which is what we did most nights as the scenery is so beautiful out there. Avraam is the perfect host, incredibly responsive, helpful and offered recommendations of local amenities. We would definitely stay again - perfect holiday.

We stayed in Ivan's apartment for 1 month, the site was very nice, the gym, sauna, pool and basketball courts were always available for use and very clean. The views of the house are great, I usually take my coffee in the morning and enjoy it on the balcony or around the house and sunbathe. The neighbors, and most importantly, Alexander was very kind and helpful, and we contacted him about many things and he helped me, and I'm grateful for these. We found the house very peaceful, it inspired us to be there, especially those who came for vacation, you can definitely choose this apartment, there is a great beach within 5 minutes walking distance to the sea, the only problem for us was that Tatlısu was far from the center, it was difficult to get out of the site without a car, but it was still not a problem for us because we wanted to relax and have a good time and the apartment welcomed it, so we decided to extend our stay, thank you 🎉🥳 Ivan and Alexander very much, everything is great 🩷🙏🏻

A very lovely and peaceful place, with nice both exterior and interior. Sky light provide a nice early morning lighting inside the dome, and, the panoramic view is amazing. Although our stay wasn't long, I'd recommend going here for a nice nature getaway, as you can enjoy bird watching or visit the nearby tavern for local cuisine, or enjoy an early morning mountain hike.
