Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located in the city center, it is close to the train station and supermarket, kebab, pizzeria, bakery, tobacco bar. Located 10 minutes from Nigloland and about 15 minutes from the lakes of Mesnil Saint Père, Amance and Géraudot. You are also 35 minutes from the city of Troyes and all the activities it contains, factory outlets, old town of Troyes, 5 minutes from the Ermitage golf course and 10 minutes from the highway.

"Entre Ciel & Vigne" gîte comprising a large and pleasant living room with views of the vineyard, located in Fleys, a winegrowing village 5 km from Chablis. Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

Full accommodation in a village of the Côte des Bar in Champagne. New construction in an old barn, all modern comforts with the charm of the old. Enter the barn, a door and then a staircase allow you to arrive at the accommodation, located on the first floor. You will first discover the living room: kitchen/dining room. A hallway leads to the 4 bedrooms. Each includes its own private bathroom, shower + toilet. Underfloor heating for added comfort.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

This character home is located in the inner courtyard of a large property and will accommodate your entire family for a relaxing and leisurely stay. Ideally located near Lake Orient Forest, many activities are offered. We even created a game room to keep the kids entertained if necessary! You can also easily discover the region with the historic center of Troyes, the outlet stores, the Nigloland amusement park...
