Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Apartment 1 in the tin can

The vacation home die BlechbĂŒchse is a stone's throw from Weimar's Landfried district (15-20 minute walk to the city center of Weimar). The Landfried was popularly called the "tin can quarter." The residential area used to be a working-class district of the adjacent "Weimar Werk" (created from the former Gustloff works). In 2003, the BlechbĂŒchse district was demolished. To commemorate this, our vacation home was named "BlechbĂŒchse" (tin can).
