We stayed on the second floor for one night. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the owner was in the middle of tidying up, and I left my luggage and hung out at the beach. A total of 4 rooms (4 beds, 3 beds, 2 beds, 1 bed, 1 bed) Next to the kitchen, there is a bunk bed in a place where the space is separated by a curtain, so a total of 13 beds comes out, and the living room sofa is large enough for 4-5 families to stay. The bathroom is in every room, and there is a room with a toilet and a room without it. There is also 1 bathroom for toilet use with separate toilet. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and plenty of shared towels. There is plenty of toothpaste, wipes, and toilet paper, and 3 dryers. It is equipped with a small refrigerator and a washing machine and a dryer, and you can use it if you tell them. There are also small board games like Lie Detector Jenga. There is a windproof space on the 4th floor terrace, so I used it well until the night. The owner is kind, the accommodation is so comfortable and tidy, and there is a lot of food nearby, so I want to visit again next time.

great amenities, comfortable and roomy. The pool was a big hit with the kids. it's a little difficult to walk to since it is on a big hill. If you have elderly and no car it may be difficult for them. I like that it is secluded and more private. It's also quiet and peaceful.

The accommodation was right in front of Haeundae Bida, so it was nice, and there were lots of things to do and eat nearby, so it was nice. I had a fun trip with my family and grandmother for a birthday celebration~

As a group, it was difficult to find a place to stay. I was very satisfied that 13 people could play without sleeping on the floor through the accommodation! However, it was a very small space for all 13 people to sit together, but it was still tidy. It was well organized, so it was easy to play! And the location was also close to Jagalchi Station, so there was a lot of entertainment. It was easy to get around, so everyone said they were satisfied with the trip together ~

We loved our stay here. It was a perfect space for our family of 7. It is in a quaint area. While it is away from downtown, we found it easy and affordable to take a taxi. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had questions.

It was really, really good. It was cheap compared to the location and facilities, so I didn't expect it to be as good as the photos before my visit, but it was a much cleaner, more spacious, and prettier place than the photos. The building itself seemed to be new, and it was perfectly cleaned and maintained. The hostess and staff left (?)This is so kind and nice. He took care of the instructions as well as a lot of other amenities. Thank you so much! Next time I come to Songjeong, I will stay again without hesitation. I strongly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is an accommodation for families to have fun. The accommodation and the interior were very pretty, but the view was an art. It's much prettier than what you see in the picture. You can see Marine City and Gwangan Bridge at a glance! It has all the amenities, and there are two bathrooms, so there were a lot of people, but I had a comfortable stay! The host was also kind, and it was a family reunion after a long time, but my parents loved it!! I'm 100% willing to revisit next time I go to Busan.

I've been using your place for Jan 6-7 I was impressed as soon as I entered the accommodation after checking in on the day of booking. The room was spacious and the cleanliness was so good! It was cleaned up, and there were a lot of linens, tableware, etc. that were provided, so I was able to use it comfortably. It was even better because there was a massage chair. The host was kind and accommodating. Thanks to that, I had a very comfortable day. I was completely satisfied. Thank you. I'll use it again next time!

It was a cafe-like house. It was really the same as the picture, and it was so emotional that if you didn't say it was a house, you would think it was a nice vintage cafe. I also took several life shots. Communication with the host was smooth, so I was able to get guidance right away whenever I had questions. The wine shop right next door is also run by the owner, so I got 10% off on wine, and he even provided me with wine glasses and an ice bucket. Gwangalli Beach is about 6-7 minutes on foot, and it was close to Geumnyeonsan Station, so it was convenient to go to major areas such as Seomyeon, Nampo-dong, and Haeundae. Most importantly, the area around the property was so quiet that I wondered if I was in a tourist destination. There were plenty of towels, and the two queen-sized beds were so fluffy that I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. The warm water came out well, and the bathroom + shower room, and shower room were separated, so I think I could avoid somewhat embarrassing situations. One thing I was disappointed about was that it would have been better if there were disposable room slippers. The sunlight came in well, the lighting was good, and overall it was a warm atmosphere. There is also a small table and chair in front of the entrance, so it would be perfect for enjoying the leisure in early summer or warm days. I asked about the checkout time, and he was considerate enough to give me plenty of time to use it. It's an accommodation I'd like to go back to when the weather gets better.

A stunning vacation spot with a breathtaking view of the ocean. It was true that the property was only 30 seconds away from the beach. Just over the street is the beach. You can enjoy the breathtaking view of the bridge and its daily light shows from the comfort of your bed. Stunning beyond description, the breathtaking scenery is hard to put into words. Aside from that, the host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Thank you for responding so quickly; you're the fastest host I've ever dealt with. The host was more than happy to fix the few small problems we encountered with the shower. The only real drawback is the nearby karaoke, which can be quite noisy; however, the host kindly supplied us than enough earplugs and there were plenty of other toiletries available. If you're in the region, you should definitely check out this property; the view is priceless.

It's a better place than I expected. You can walk to nearby Ikea, famous restaurants, and cafes, and the host is so kind, and I had a very comfortable stay.

It was good to sleep for a day at a reasonable price. The main places in Gijang were close by, and it was quiet at night, so I slept well.

Apartment rented at the last minute, following a problem with flights to Jeju. Our host David is a very human person who listened to us, as if we were part of his family. Less than a minute from the apartment is the covered market the taxi square. The best restaurant in Bimbap less than three minutes away. various bus and metro stops. The specificity of this apartment that we did not find in the others is that we had the chance to share the life of Koreans away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Even though our stay was short-lived, we were lucky enough to enjoy two beaches. Thanks again to David.

It's been a long time since I've been to Mogastay, but it was still pretty, tidy, and nice:) I was thankful that the host responded kindly and took care of my inquiries!! It's close to Haeundae, and it's a 2-3 minute walk away! There's a Marshall Speaker in the accommodation, a beam, and you can just enjoy the romance and sensibility itself... It's very good.🤍 It was also very nice to have a separate toilet and shower. We went with a total of 5 people, and it would have been a difficult situation if we overlapped each other, but there wasn't a single case!! You have to go up the stairs, but the large room on the 5th floor is really, really nice. If you're really going on a family trip, be sure to!!! It is recommended to go to Yogi:) We couldn't have a barbecue because it was windy, but if you see this review, be sure to try the barbecue as well..!!!🥹 I'll go to Mogastay again next time.🫶🏻🌿

It was right in front of the sea, so it was easy to get to, and the scenery was so good ~ ~ I went on a trip to Busan with six people, and it was spacious as shown in the picture, and there were plenty of bedding, towels, and tableware. There were two showers in the bathroom, a toilet, a sink, and two sinks, so it was easy and nice for many people to use! The floor heating on the first floor was very warm, but the second floor was a little chilly at night. The blankets were warm, so it wasn't cold! The host's reply was quick and very kind. Thank you. Thanks to you, I made good memories in Songjeong ~ ~ ~ The sea seen from the accommodation is really pretty!!

I came for a group workshop, and it was well equipped with a large bed, several blankets, multiple bathrooms, plenty of towels, and outdoor barbecue facilities, so I used it well and enjoyed it. Especially, since there were two large accommodations, it was nice that it was just right to use it separately for men and women. Oh, but the accommodation is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator, and the bedroom has a high double-story staircase, so I thought it would be a little uncomfortable if you have a lot of luggage or a stroller. I used it comfortably. Thank you for the good accommodation:)
