Vacation rentals with beach access in Busan

The apartment was very clean and has an amazing view. There are many restaurants within walking distance which we found to be very convenient. Highly recommend staying here if you like living near the beach.

I am traveling with an injury and this place was insanely accessible and easy to get to. you literally take one subway stop south from Busan station, choose exit 8 with the lift and you're literally less than a minute away. the pictures and instructions from the host were very clear and I got to the accommodation easily. the view is spectacular from the windows, the place was comfortable and light and airy and very functional. I asked juju for some food recommendations, and I liked it so much I extended my stay a few extra days. the host also was attentive throughout my stay, sending someone to grab the garbage periodically. it was very comfortable, well furnished and I was very sad to leave. will book it again next time I'm in Busan. loved the area, BIFF is a short walk away and you also have the buses literally outside the apartment building. thank you for everything, Juju!! look forward to my next stay!!

Staying here was a great experience. Gemstay was close to tons of great restaurants and right beside a subway station so it was very easy to get around. Like others have said, the washroom is a bit small but it was fine for the few days we were there. Would highly recommend!!

The accommodation is clean, comfortable, spacious, and the host will respond immediately when there is a problem. The location is about 7-10 minutes walk from the subway station. There is a bus stop in front of the accommodation. Two blocks away is Guang'anli Beach.

It was my first trip to Busan with my family, so I looked around a lot and decided. As soon as I entered, the view was crazy ~ I was happy with a glass of beer sitting by the window in the evening, looking at Gwangan Bridge, and the location was so comfortable for me to stay with my children ~ I had a good time in a very clean place with a good scent ~ ^ ^

Really perfect accommodation in a luxurious and new complex. The apartment was beautiful and the host was very nice. Whenever we will be in Busan, we will choose this place. I recommend it!

The accommodation was clean overall, and the cute accessories stood out. You can see Gwangan Bridge and the wide sea from the bedroom. It was more beautiful at dawn. It's a good place to stay

The location is great for an active nightlife. The street below does get pretty noisy but it quiets down after dark. The house is spotless and the view is amazing. We loved the balcony. The only downside for us was not being able to use the stovetop. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate. We had a nice relaxing stay!

It's a quiet, clean, and lovely accommodation~ This is my second visit, and I'm leaving a review because there's still nothing to criticize. The sea is within walking distance, and you can see the sea beyond the terrace and the mirror in the room, and the sunrise was beautiful. It was nice to have a convenience store and coffee shop right in front of the property. The accommodation is very, very clean, and the bedding is fluffy and clean, so you can sleep well. The bathroom was very clean and there were plenty of towels. There's a washing machine, rice cooker, toaster, Dyson hair dryer, and air purifier, and there's a water purifier, so you don't need to buy bottled water. The kitchen utensils were well-equipped without lacking anything. It was a great place to visit with a family or group as there was a barbecue on the spacious terrace, a large table, and several beds. I felt the effort in the decoration of each space, and the hosts were on the first floor, so they took care of us right away if we needed anything. This accommodation played a big role in my healing trip, so I plan to revisit if I come back to Songdo.

Gather your friends and family together and stay together at this Airbnb. It was clearly built as a hostel, so each bedroom has it's own bathroom, hair dryer, there is a private patio, full size fridge/freezer, rice cooker, hot/cold water faucet on-demand, separate clothes washer and dryer, and plenty of space for communal eating/hanging out. It is bright, airy and lovely! The location is prime with everything needed within walking distance including the subway, beach, night market/street food, etc. I was bummed there wasn't a toaster and a the bedside lamps in a few rooms didn't work, but everything else was stellar and I would definitely stay there again. We had a group of 12 and it was great.

The accommodation was so pretty and it was nice that you were so kind. All the friends who went with me were satisfied that I found a nice accommodation.

I was so satisfied with the accommodation!! The atmosphere was really nice and there was a lot of food around, so I had a good time! I want to come again next time when my friends come down, so I'm trying to come again!

Ha..... It was the best Airbnb accommodation I've ever been to since I was really born. I really loved and loved Busan, but when I was born, I went on my first solo trip to Busan, and I was excited because it was only seven years old, but I was excited because it was a place I stayed for the second day, so I checked in late in the morning because I was spending my schedule in Haeundae.. I originally tried to fall asleep, but as soon as I entered the accommodation, I didn't think I did it so late, why did I check in so late.. If I had actually checked in on time, I would have been at the accommodation all day long.. The playlist also made me want to come in my brain, so it was my style.. The sensibility of the people who went there was also like the host, and I cried and smiled alone while looking at the guestbook! It was a very warm and thoughtful space. I'm definitely going to revisit next time. I posted it on Instagram, but there were so many inquiries about the accommodation, so I hope it thrives, but I only told my close friends because I wanted to know. I'm sorry.🩷 I think the sincerity was conveyed. I was also very touched by the welcome card. Thanks to that, I was able to end my happy trip to Busan, so I was really grateful!!!!

5 stars are not enough. I had a really comfortable and fun time during my 2-night, 3-day trip! I always care about cleanliness when looking for a place to stay, and I was satisfied because the entire place was so clean. I especially liked it because the bathroom was really clean. It was a space that made me realize that happiness is not far away. I think rest is very important. Through rest, we learn and gain the driving force to live. This time, I get happiness through this space. As soon as we entered, I liked the very pretty porch that welcomed us, the bright lights, the fragrant scent, and the appropriate temperature. I don't think I'll ever forget the night view of the sea through the jacuzzi window. I think it will be a memory and a driving force that I can run again with vigor, thinking of the night view when I am tired and exhausted. When you climb up the rooftop, you can see a magnificent bridge and a vast sea at a glance. I felt like the sea was embracing me, and I was happy with the world. The condition of the room was so clean that it was comparable to any hotel. The sunlight coming in through the kitchen and dining table was also so nice. I loved the bathroom because it was so clean. I think it's a space that I'll always think of when I come to Busan. I would like to thank the host again for creating this space.

This is the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in with Airbnb! Location was amazing. Home was beautiful. Host was extremely friendly and responsive. If there was a higher rating than 5 that is how I would rate this home! Loved it!!!

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The interior design was fantastic, and the relaxing spaces on every balcony were simply amazing. The cleanliness was on par with, or even better than, a 5-star hotel. We were a group of nine people, including adults and children, and the space was more than enough. Our whole family was very happy with our stay. The host’s communication was excellent as well, and the location was super convenient! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

10/10 would recommend - PLEASE stay here the next time you’re in Busan!! The entire home is even better than the photos show. The space itself is huge and perfect for a group! We loved the layout and separation between the master and the second and third bedrooms. This gave each person their own space and privacy, with a great communal living room to spend time together. Everything was pristine and clean. The other huge plus is the view and building! It’s ultra modern and as described each room has an incredible view of Haeundae Beach. We originally had more plans on our itinerary but loved the views so much we spent a good amount of time in the home. The location is perfect if you want to explore the beach and just steps away from the Mipo station to take the sky capsule. And lastly the host Eric was kind and extremely responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for check-in and responded to all my questions within minutes. We’d love to stay here again! Thank you Eric!

We had a lovely two week stay. The home was well equipped for day to day living, rain or shine. Bedding was comfortable, charger available for phones and iPad, wifi worked normal and Netflix on TV. Would stay here again next time in Busan.

The interior is tidy, and the bed and blanket are very good. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided, so it's convenient. I wanted to use it because there was a gym, but it seemed like I had to contact the host in advance to get a card.. I didn't even tell you in advance, and it was quite late in the afternoon, so I just gave up exercising. If I go next time, I want to contact you in advance and try swimming and gym. The sea is also close, and there are many decent bars on the first floor, so it's good to take a walk with a beer or wine at night.

After the wedding, I chose it as a place to rest for the elderly who came from far away, and they were all satisfied because it was so spacious, clean, and the scenery was good. If you have any questions, they answered quickly and accurately, so I had a very comfortable stay.
