The apartment apartment is a beautiful basement with a separate entrance, large windows, lighting in the living room and bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed working table or desk, and full kitchen, and one bathroom. Above two guests will pay an extra fee. Children under age 12 have no additional guests fee. Only two dogs or cats (less than 30 lbs) with a one-time fee of $100/pet. No smoking in the Property. It The house has heating/air-conditioning systems.
