If you are a fisherman, public boat ramp is 1 minute away by car or why not just catch a flathead or mudcrab on the high tide while sipping a cold one. 45 Kingfisher Parade - walk across the road to the beach. Completed in 2013 this purpose-built beach house was designed by the owner Sal. Outside pet friendly (great deck and fenced yard). With a couple of staple needs - steps to sit on, a day bed to relax on and a table to tell stories around this beach house was built. Pod design perfect for holidays! Ultimate digital detox location. No wifi (good 5G mobile internet). Great for reading books and truly relaxing. There is a TV and some DVDs.

"Gone To The Beach" ground floor Studio unit.

Separate from the main house, fully renovated, self-contained one room unit, with your own off-street parking, private entrance and outdoor BBQ area. Easy walking distance to river and boat ramp. Our village has a well stocked Food Works, Butcher and Bakery, or you walk up to the pub for a drink and a meal. Enjoy a coffee by the river, and if you are lucky, you may see Dugongs grazing on the river grass. Unfortunately, as much as we would like to, we cannot accommodate your fury friends.

A country home on our rustic acre. A cozy, basic hotel-style room for you behind(but connected to) our house, neat & tidy with its own bathroom & walk in wardrobe, & its own separate entrance. Two minutes off the highway, & a 3 minute drive from Tinana shopping centre. It has a queen size bed, a single bed, some basic cooking facilities(see pics), and a flat screen TV. The setting is a rustic country acre with chickens, golden retrievers, a small food forest, and a dam.
