Situated right in the centre of the Milton township and easy walking of restaurants and shopping .Great beaches and walks to discover are only a 10 min drive .Please note that the walkway is a little uneven and could be a problem for people with mobility issues. The apartment is perfectly situated across the road from Mollymook Beach. On the first floor the apartment balcony looks directly over the pool towards the beach perfect for a coffee in the morning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an internal laundry. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower The apartment is in a resort style complex with its own pool, tennis court and a large lawn area . A communal BBQ is by the tennis court. It is a short level 250m walk to the golf club.

Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.
