Only 1.5 hours from Sydney, it will transport you to another world so you can relax & recharge on your next getaway.

The Stables at Long Paddock

The Stables is a self contained guesthouse situated on our family property in beautiful Burradoo. Suited to either a family of up to four or two couples, the guesthouse is fully equipped for a weekend away in the countryside. Located midway between Bowral and Moss Vale, the Stables is set on 10 picturesque acres and surrounded by unspoilt farmland, with views to Oxley Hill and surrounds - yet Bowral’s boutiques, homewares stores, restaurants and cafes are just 5 minutes away.

Black Barn Cottages are part of the wing of the main house Waterfell. Two brand new cottages with private entrances are situated on 6 acres. Free parking onsite and 2 minutes drive from Moss Vale and 8 minutes from Bowral. A popular wedding destination and Strictly suited to couples only. Unfortunately no children allowed due to the comfort of other guests on the property. A peaceful location where we asks our guests to be mindful of other guests and keep noise at a minimum.

This cottage is nestled in a breathtaking 2.5 acre established garden. It is perfect for couples wanting to retreat from the world or it is close to Bowral and surrounding attractions including golf clubs and vineyards. The cottage is well appointed with all necessities, such as tea, coffee and toiletries. Large bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. A cosy cottage perfect for a weekend away. The cottage sleeps four people but more comfortably two and is separate to the main house, perfectly set up for your privacy. We are walking distance from Bowral centre and a 10-15 minute drive to all the wineries the Southern Highlands has to offer. We are here to make your weekend one to remember, indulge in our cosy cottage, sit back and watch TV and have a glass of wine from your complimentary bottle of wine on arrival.

It is only a short ten minute drive to Bowral or Mittagong. Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy the lush gardens that provides a quiet sanctuary in an incredibly tranquil location. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

The Little House - Pet friendly*/Mid-week special!

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!

Burradoo Loft with King size bed.

Down a lovely tree lined drive, sitting on one acre, a beautiful loft apartment awaits you. Fully self contained with its own entrance, this space has the feel of an art gallery. As the apartment is upstairs, this property is not suitable for people with restricted mobility. Property not suitable for children under 12 years. Unfortunately we cannot welcome pets. 2km to the cafes and shops of Bowral. Bed configuration other than King by request.

Orchard Cottage & Gardens

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
