Vacation rentals in Burnt Church

Amazing place.. it is in a super location with a spectacular view of the river and bridge. Able to fish from shore during low tide, make use of the hottub, bbq your supper and have an evening fire in the fire pit.. Peaceful and quiet. Four nights was not enough..Hosts were great and always available if there are any issues. Highly recommend.. truly hated to leave.

Our stay at this location was very pleasant. Easy check in, very clean place, great scenery, adequate utensils, towels, etc. Everything a person would need for their stay was provided and available. They have 2 friendly dogs on site, who got along well with us and our dogs. Bridgette & Pierre were great hosts. Both very approachable, and easy to communicate with. They were extremely cooperative and accommodating. Would highly recommend anyone to stay at this location. Very quiet and peaceful. Thanks again for having us, we will be back & looking forward to it.🙂 Elaine & Mike

Jason and Melissa were fantastic hosts. They provided timely answers to any questions and were always patient, even with first time AirBNB’ers like us. The house is gorgeous and inviting, making you feel right at home. The 4 season porch with a beautiful view of the Miramichi River is a great place for your morning coffee or just chilling( we know, we did both). You can’t go wrong renting from Jason and Melissa. They will make you feel at home away from home.

We had a wonderful one week early October stay at Melissa’s lovely home outside of Miramichi. Quiet location, within 15-20 minutes of shopping, restaurants etc. It was perfectly located to do afternoon trips to explore some pretty magnificent spots from Miscou Island down to Shediac. We discovered a wonderful, long and wild beach close by to enjoy walking with our two dogs every day and had it all to ourselves. Bliss for all of us!

Susan’s place was great. We were away for a girls weekend. Very comfortable, well appointed, everything you needed in the kitchen. Lots of outdoor seating! We loved the fire pit and swings around it. Our favourite space was the screened in room with the hot tub. One bedroom upstairs with king bed, 2 other bedrooms downstairs and 2 bathrooms in the house. Unfortunately it was too windy to use the kayaks. I would recommend Susan’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at Stan and Birgit’s cottage! From the moment we booked, they were proactive and thoughtful—making sure we had clear directions and could easily find the place. Upon arrival, they greeted us warmly and gave us a tour of the beautiful grounds, which made us feel instantly welcome and at home. The cottage itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Small touches like a fully stocked coffee supply made a big difference and showed their attention to detail. It’s the kind of place that feels both relaxing and special the moment you walk in. Stan and Birgit clearly care about their guests' experience, and it shows in every part of the stay. Highly recommended—we’d love to return!

The Waterfront Cottage was great. It’s exactly as described and Gary is the perfect host. The Cottage is right at the beach — a couple of steps away. The place is spic’n span clean. More than likely it’s just as clean -or in my case much cleaner- than your own home. It’s stocked with everything you’d need to fully enjoy the kitchen — all the pots and pans and utensils you’ll need to prepare a full meal. Quite a selection of spices and blends. If you’ve ever stayed at a place with no paper towels, no aluminum foil, no napkins, or no kitchen towels you’ll especially appreciate the Waterfront Cottage — all that and more is provided (and plentiful). There’s a wood stove with a large —and clean!— window in the door allowing you to see the blazing logs. There’s a large woodpile out back, with kindling too. The bed is a perfect combination of plush and firm. For lighting you have a choice of nice lamps or bright overheads. The kitchen table is great. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers.

Rachel is a gracious, friendly, and communicative host, who will make you feel welcome from the moment you book with her - from effortless check-in instructions to local recommendations. The cottage is a tranquil slice of heaven, tucked away on Néguac Bay where the shore meets the sunrise-and-set of each passing day. The cottage is spacious and filled with amenities, with wide bay windows that flood the space with sunlight and beautiful views of the ocean. With ample privacy and a quiet surrounding neighborhood, it’s nothing short of relaxing. Cozy up to the warmth of the wood stove in the colder months or move the crackle outside to take in views of the stars while lounging by the fire pit and unwinding to the calming sound of the waves. It’s absolute hidden gem and Rachel is truly wonderful.
