Vacation rentals in Burnie City Council

We have stayed for 3 nights with 2 dogs and this place was really beautiful. Fireplace heated the yurt pretty quickly, bathroom(toilet) was super clean, we've had plenty of blankets, hot water bottles, fire bath, plenty of games, dogs had their bed ready (although I brought their own), every detail has been thought of. and the goats, sooo funny. they love the treats we gave them...also prepared by the host. thank you.

Irene’s house met all our expectations. Neat, tidy and clean with a lot of homely little touches. Great ocean views from the lounge and balcony. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other travellers.

Amazing views and a tidy, well appointed house! Great location, can highly recommend walking down to Communion for dinner and beers.

Hosts were extremely nice and helpful. Beautiful property with quality fittings and wonderful views. Location is perfect to use as a central base for sightseeing. Extremely relaxing and comfortable stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

We spent a restful Christmas at Kylie’s cosy home💕The unit has everything we needed for a comfortable stay😍 Kylie is responsive in her communication. We found the unit easily. We loved the location - in a private enclave yet close to town. The dining table looks out to the garden with its luscious hydrangeas and stunning seaview❤️ Guinea fowls and rabbits roam the grounds👍 a beautiful view to wake up to ( the sunrise is lovely!) An unexpected surprise is that this is only 5 min drive from the Little Penguin Observatory Centre! We had a wonderful experience watching these cuties during the 2 nights we stayed at Kylie’s place💝

We absolutely loved this stay. There were loads of walks to do on the property, amazing views and wildlife. Phil was super helpful in suggesting daytrips that would suit us as a family, and was happy to answer all our questions. We visited: The Stanley Nut; Trowutta Arch; Philosophers Falls; Big Tree & Dip Falls. We really enjoyed learning about the property and loved the beautiful cottage. Archie aged 10 yrs, liked that it was rustic and the walkes were really good. Eliza aged 5 yrs, liked talking to Phil and patting Jonesy the dog. Cosy evenings by the fire and stunning surroundings - we'll be back! Thank you Phil, Marita and Jonesy for making us feel very welcome 😊

The bed was amazing, the shower was excellent, and everything was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. Rose was kind and polite, and she left fresh fruit and a delicious rose and tangerine jam. Her garden is beautiful, and communication was perfect. Great location too — I’d definitely go back and recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay, Graeme and Cara are such lovely hosts. The space itself is really spacious and having a fireplace was a real treat. Their friendly cat Felix was also an added bonus! Highly recommended!
