Sue was an amazing host. Sue was friendly, informative and approachable theoughout our stay. The apartment and complex is in a great central location whilst also being peaceful and quiet.

We are very happy and had a great time. Exceptionally presented and very clean but still feel at home. The host provided all the basic necessity, all you have to do is bring all your food or there's local Cafes nearby. The bowls club is worth a visit and it's right down on the main Street. The apartment was great. Superb location on the beach, close to cafes and shops. Not a lot of attention to detail - just one towel per guest, no face washers... The host didn't respond to questions asked via Airbnb - had to phone them (internationally) to get a response. The apartment doesn't have wifi; I found this detail in the listing after making the booking so I can't complain but in the 21st century, internet access is a pretty basic requirement, particularly as Airbnb is a web-based operation. Interestingly, the host sent emailed messages after our arrival despite the property not having wifi. I guess they assumed we would have bought a data package.... Overall, it was a great spot but needs wifi.

Their accommodation was in an ideal location, clean and spacious. The location provides a beautiful walk to Nelson beach and to restaurants in main Bargara. Sherry & Graeme are terrific hosts. Easy & prompt communication. Thanks for a lovely stay in Bargara.

Rebecca is a wonderful host. The house is immaculate, well maintained and beautifully decorated. We felt at home straight away. The location was great, close to the beach and peaceful surroundings. We had the most magical stay at this stunning property. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, and perfectly located just a short stroll from Archies Beach. The breathtaking ocean views and serene atmosphere made it an idyllic getaway spot. We hosted our surprise wedding here, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. Even with a touch of rain, the appearance of rainbows added a truly magical touch to our special day. Azza & Emily were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and welcoming, ensuring everything was set up perfectly for our stay. The property had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable spaces for our family and friends to relax. We can’t recommend this property enough for anyone looking for a relaxing beachside escape, It’s a place where memories are made!

Great place to stay! Feels like home. Awesome open living areas. (Multiple) Perfect place to stay for big families! Walking distance to beach and coffee shop. Private and very peaceful. Loved it!

We booked this accomodation for a group of blokes for a quiet, private getaway. We had moments of sunny, and also very heavy rain. With this indoor & outdoor pool, and so many aircon units we could swim in either condition and were really comfortable. The huge deck outlooking the river and yard was great, and we watched the rain pour while cooking steaks on the BBQ’s and listening to music. The kitchen and pool table room was fully kitted out. We were able to cook up huge meals and had everything from appliances to spare stubby coolers there for us to use if necessary. Winding up with a hangover as the stay wound up was no problem, the huge lounge room seated the whole group with ease, while we watched movies in the aircon like it was a private cinema. Once we arrived there, we didn’t need to leave at all, and had everything on-site to make for an awesome & relaxing stay at pacific haven!

What a cute little beach shack! Very clean and well equipped. Great location - close to everything you need for a week(end) away! Everything within walking distance. Great back yard for kids and dogs. Would happily recommend to others or stay again ourselves.

It was a pleasure staying at Michelle’s home! My friend and I stayed 5 nights spending quite a bit of our time at home due to constant rain. We found it in perfect condition, clean with everything we needed and more. Thank you Michelle 🌻
