The cabin was beautiful and very peaceful! Kathy was a great host and the cabin was very clean with seasonal decorations which made it feel very cozy. The hot tub was great and it was nice to have a grill and an outdoor fire pit! It was everything we needed and we couldn’t have asked for more!

We really had a great weekend getaway at this cabin! Being nestled right up along the Snake River was an absolute treat. The house was cozy, comfy, and the screened in porch with a small propane fire ring was a huge plus. There are lots of trails, parks, and wildlife areas nearby that were really fun exploring the day we set out to do some hiking. Overall we had an amazing and relaxing experience at this cabin!

We stayed at the Cozy Cabin for 4 nights for a work trip. it was a nice space to relax at after a hard day of work. The location was very peaceful- we enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds! We were able to build a fire in the firepit on one of our evenings there. We loved all the extras in kitchen- to not have to buy staples you'd need to cook with for our short term stay was very nice This would easily accommodate a larger family or couple but small enough that 2 could easily enjoy the space as well. We loved the decor, it felt like a lot of love and thought went into it. We would definitely book a stay here again, any time of the year!

This is the third time we've stayed at one of Doug's properties, and as usual, it does not disappoint. We love coming to a peaceful, comfortable, and well-stocked (but not cluttered!) space that welcomes you from the moment you walk in. We enjoyed fresh eggs in the morning, walks to the river, and the great hikes just a short drive away. We spent hours listening to music on the sound system and cooking good food in a surprisingly well-stocked kitchen. Doug is an extremely thoughtful host, and we appreciated his quick responsiveness and flexibility with our check-in and check-out times. Though this was not a deterrent to our stay, one thing I thought worth mentioning for other travelers with dogs: springtime is definitely tick season in the river valley!

It was a cozy, clean cabin with all the amenities you would ever need. The view of the lake was breathtaking and being able to use the pontoon boat was a huge plus. Our dog really enjoyed the large yard that was out in front by the lake. Katherine and Greg were very accommodating and extremely responsive with any questions that we had. Overall, this has been one of our favorite Airbnb‘s to visit. Can’t wait to come back again.

My family had a lovely experience at Kyle and Lois's cabin. It was cozy and we cross country skied right from the door, but it was also a very short drive into town, which was really convenient. It was exactly what we were hoping for and we would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved how peaceful and cozy it was, and was pleasantly surprised with how many dog amenities they provided. Sitting by the firepit after grilling up a steak dinner under the gorgeous star filled night sky was.....nothing short of perfect. We are definitely coming back.

loved this little getaway. stayed for two nights and loved the peace and quiet, the beautiful view and the scenery. the weather wasn't great and I can only imagine how it would be even better out on the deck, the little yard and on the dock.

We had the most magical time at this beautiful Airbnb! The home itself is stunning—every corner feels cozy, welcoming, and perfectly designed for both relaxation and fun. The views? There were so many outdoor activities to keep us entertained—we were never bored for a second. The activity hut was such a unique touch, and the sauna? Pure bliss after a day outside. The cabin is beautiful, pictures don't really do it justice. It had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Follow the directions provided by the host, GPS will definitely take you to the wrong spot. Lance is very responsive and helpful. I made a booking error, he worked with me to get it taken care of when he didn't have to. Great location for family get aways. For those staying with littles, baby gates are a must for the stairs! If we plan on staying in the area again, this will be our number one choice! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lodge. We enjoyed all the trails and the outdoor firepit. The lodge was awesome. Kitchen had everything you would want and then more. There were lamps on when we got there, and it was just so homey. It was very well stocked with necessities. We would definitely go back to this place.

A comfortable sofa is positioned near large windows, offering a view of the lake. Gentle waves can be observed under a partly cloudy sky. A decorative pillow with the text 'The Lake is My Happy Place' is placed on the couch, adding a touch of character.
