UNIT 3321 - Luxury Villa at Island Resort with Amazing Panoramic Lakefront Views

Relax on the patio and watch the sunset over the waters of Lake Travis from our lakefront villa at The Island on Lake Travis. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 people, has been fully remodeled in 2021 and offers unobstructed panoramic lake and hill country views from a top floor corner setting with all the comforts of home. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, fireplace, washer/dryer, open living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa, high speed WiFi, and 3 HDTVs with cable service and Blu-ray DVD players. There is also a Sound Bar in the living room that you can connect to by Bluetooth and play your favorite music. The master bedroom features a king size bed with large en suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. It also has direct patio access with lakefront views. The guest bedroom has a spacious king size bed and an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower. The outdoor patio has comfortable seating for 6 people (with bistro height chairs for better views), a propane grill, and arguably the premier location within the resort if you like sunsets and panoramic views. If you enjoy relaxing on a beautiful lakefront setting at a resort with more on-site amenities than any other on the north shore of Lake Travis, then this villa is the right spot for you. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste. The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake. There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery! When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property. We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check-In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary). Amazing view - Lake Travis Condo on Private Island

We loved the view so much, we bought the condo! After owning on The Island for seven years, we finally made the condo ours with a full renovation/redecoration. Now, our amazing third story view of Lake Travis within the luxurious 'Island at Lake Travis' is even nicer! You can enjoy the view of the lake with one of the three beautiful pools in the foreground and undeveloped Pace Bend Park in the background. Or, enjoy the Mediterranean style condominium complex located on the private island.

When waking in it felt welcoming. We felt comfortable there the whole time. Didn't have any problems while staying there. The only thing I could recommend is maybe put small labels on the switches. (There's quite a few lol) The bed was hard but soft at the same time but comfortable. We really felt at home. Very easy access to the pool. Beautiful view from the patio. Loved going in and out the drive seeing all the deer and bucks. Very beautiful area. We would def stay there again.

Love the curvy, hilly drive to the resort. The place looked just like the photos, and I did a lot of research on the place before I arrived. I felt very safe at all times. Appreciated having an assigned covered parking spot. Enjoyed the window on the elevator facing the courtyard. I definitely booked during the off season because I would see less than 10 ppl a day. It was peaceful. I did attend karaoke on Fri night. Nice staff and group of people. I had a few drinks and the herb parma fries, yum! My stay was quiet & restful. I took a few drives different times of day and saw some stunning views. The drive to and from Lago Vista was convenient too. I will definitely be back. Thank you Cam for always replying so quickly.

Cams place was exactly as listed, we brought our own stuff from home and made our meals in the kitchen everything needed to cook was provided. The last meal we did have at the restaurant which is on the same floor as Cams condo. The view was amazing, and the space was great, there were 6 of us and we all had plenty of space. Cams instructions were spot on, we didn’t have any issues finding the place. We will definitely be visiting again, such a beautiful, peaceful place to be!

The unit was lovely and well maintained, as was the complex. We enjoyed the restaurant, walking the ground and feeding the deer. The available corn feed was a delightful addition. The kitchen had everything we needed. Although there is little privacy on the balcony, we were still able to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunsets. It was nice having the portable ac, aka noise machine, in the master to block loud pool chatter at night. We were unable to access the indoor pool and sauna but enjoyed the hot tub outside and the second pool location on the other side of the complex that was less occupied. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend!
