Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Die qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld und Stein-Arbeitsplatte verfügt über außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum für sämtliche Einkäufe, damit der Besuch eines der fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants für gutes Essen eine gute Option, keinesfalls aber ein Muss ist. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Our specially built vacation home from 2024 is centrally located on Fehmarn in the lively village of Landkirchen. 2 bakers, 1 butcher, several restaurants, sports and playgrounds, as well as a bus connection are directly on site. Burg, the heart of the island, is only 3 km away. From here you are perfectly connected to discover the coasts, do water sports or explore the island by bike. Fehmarn offers you countless possibilities for an active and varied vacation.

Ostseenah - Frida country house

Our house can accommodate up to 8 people and is located 3 minutes by car from Lehnsahn and 15 minutes from Grömitz. It has a large garden overlooking the horse paddocks and is absolutely quiet. In the middle of Holstein Switzerland, close to the most beautiful beaches, surrounded by equestrian farms, lakes, forests and fields, lies our country house Frida. Linens can be booked. Please always announce commercial photography and filming!

Schulzenhof-Woest - Vacation home

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Apartment for two people

Apartment with private entrance directly on the garden and only 10 minutes from the beach. Private bathroom with shower, small kitchen and living room are available. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided once per stay. Tourist tax €2 per day per person to be paid directly on the beach. Bicycle rental for two people possible (no e-bike). This is a historic captain's house in a newly renovated condition. The house has 3 en-suite shower rooms, a full bathroom and another shower room. The house has its own park with old trees, solitary trees and a pond. The garden borders a large field, behind which lies the Baltic Sea. Various beaches are no more than a kilometer from the house and are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.
