It's an attic apartment with a large balcony. This is in the sun from noon onwards. The apartment is fully furnished. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary cooking and baking utensils. In the bedroom, next to a large wardrobe, there is a Hasena bed (2.00 x 2.20 m). The room can be darkened. The TV is new.

The bedroom has a double bed and a large mirror closet. A partition provides a spatial delimitation to the living room; a door is not available here. The children's room has two single beds and a wooden wardrobe.
