Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bundanoon

Gorgeous sea cottage overlooking the cliff. So well designed and decorated with curated eyes in both art collection and furnishings. Private and quiet even though there’s a house directly behind sea cottage. Perfect for a writer and artist as I got so much done with the sea as inspiration. Cockatoos came and visited me everyday. 1st day just by himself, day 2 he brought his partner, on day 3 he invited 8 more of his friends so the 9 of them welcome me with fanfare!

This house is absolutely stunning, you will not want to leave. The view is spectacular, the inside was cosy and spacious, it looked like it was straight out of a magazine and perfect for a weekend to hang with friends. We will be back because we loved it so much! Thanks for being great hosts! We were lucky enough to get an early check-in and late check-out, which we appreciated greatly!

I highly recommend this property as it was stunning. My husband and I went away for two nights for a wedding and from the moment we walked into the door we felt so calm and both in awe at how beautiful the property was. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and I think it’s one of our favourite spots we have stayed to date. The outside bath was our favourite along with the fireplace to help us relax. The host was great and check in was super easy. We could not fault one thing and we cannot to book again for a weekend reset. The perfect location for anyone wanting to slow down. We stayed as a couple but this place would be amazing to go with two other couples, a family or friends! Location was also great and walking distance into town.

Becky’s place was so lovely. My family only stayed one night because of a wedding but we wished we’d stayed longer. The house was spacious, clean and most of all warm! The central heating and layers of bedding was the cherry on top during the cold nights/ mornings. It also had the added extra of a cute Shetland pony nearby to watch. I’d definitely here stay again.

We spent a weekend at Sassafras as a family as a surprise for my Mum's 70th Birthday. It is the most beautiful and private location for anyone wanting a true country escape to unwind. A stunning home nestled amongst rolling hills and greenery with breathtaking views. Huge house with a beautiful relaxed vibe, plenty of room for the family to enjoy together, allowing the kids to enjoy activities on the lawn and for the adults to relax and enjoy conversaion and a glass of wine around the fireplace. Sally was an incredible host, extremely friendly, quick to respond with any question and extremely accomodating. Would recommend hands down, we were very happy with our stay!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful county house….everything was perfect and so peaceful. The tennis court was a hit with the whole family when we had a sunny day and we loved the fire place once the cooler wet weather arrived. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you could ever need to cook up your favourite recipes. I can’t rave about this beautiful place enough…it is really gorgeous and we felt really at home in the beautiful decor and furniture…thanks Meredith

Grey Gums is in a lovely area , beautiful grounds with a really lovely walk along the river near by ..do yourself a favour and seek out the river infront of the property .the property is a short drive to KV township and local waterfalls and Berry,Nowra . the house is comfortable , warm in winter with fire and Dennis always attentive to keep wood supply well stocked. The owners house is much closer than I had expected , they did walk over and around our house unexpectadly a few times so not completely private. the drone photos were taken before the owners house was built I think ... over all a very nice stay thank you

Gorgeous amenities, comfy beds and toasty warm fireplace all added to a restful and peaceful stay. Kitchen is well equipped for a home cooked meal and a night in. Warm and cozy. Heated towel rails. The gardens and surrounds simply stunning. Everything and more you could want for a perfect get away. Off street parking - easy. Thanks so much for a lovely stay. We really appreciated the little library and mags to read.

Maria's Little Gem is just that, a little gem. Everything you could want for a quiet overnight or a long stay. It's a short distance from Bowral CBD which is nice to have the quiet :)

Such a cosy stay! The gas heater warms the place up so well and you don’t even know you are living at the back of someone’s house. Bed is really comfortable and the bath is a welcoming addition after a day at the beach. Kathy & Rod were really flexible with check out times and lots of little surprises were left on arrival for us. A lovely place to stay in Kiama.

We loved our stay, the apartment was quiet, beautiful and bigger than we expected. Beach and town centre are both an easy walk away. Check-in instructions were easy and communication was great! Thanks Marty and Jade 😄

I spent the long weekend at this Airbnb with my girlfriends. It was amazing to stop and rewind. The woodfire heater was the highlight of the place. We loved it! Ben was super friendly helped us start the fire and dropped off a few items we needed for cooking. The couch was comfy and lots of cute country side views around the place.

We were stopping off on a road trip from Brisbane to Melbourne. This was a perfect place to stay overnight

First time in Australia, and what a way to start! We had a great stay in the Bowral area, the house ticked every box we had – location / size / amenities to name a few; it was close (walking 2min) to where we needed to be daily - Milton Park Hotel, and all comms with Sara went very well, with assistance on any queries we had – sometimes on a daily basis! Georgia's place in Moss Vale is superb for large families and groups of friends. This was our second visit and as delightful as the first. The home is in a stunningly beautiful and serene setting, and the place itself is decorated and feels like a true home away from home. Georgia is a great host, and nothing was too much trouble, always responsive and friendly.

We came back because we love this place so much. The back garden is so beautiful. It’s so easy to feel right at home instantly. Great for small group retreats. Highly recommend.

All I want to say is..Thank you to Barranca Team that allowed us to stay at they truly amazing facility/villa Jacaranda, perfect place to escape from the city traffic and everyday routine /rush to relax and recharge. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing weekend getaway! We really enjoyed our stay, it felt like a home away from home with all the comforts that you need when away. The facilities were fantastic and exactly what we needed. The home was spacious and furnished comfortably, and the amenities were clean and well looked after. Overall we cannot fault our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

truly a beautiful stay. the home was clean, comfortable and homely. spending nights by the fire place rugged up watching movies to listening to the nature in the mornings upon waking up, this place gives you a piece of home away from home. Peter was extremely easy to speak with and very helpful with any questions that needed answering, he was attentive and friendly. the amenities were nothing short of fantastic with everything you need. the only thing you need to bring is yourself, some food/drinks and you are all set to relax and enjoy the stunning property and it’s amazing views. will definitely be back to stay and try out another one of the lovely homes on the estate! Thank you Jo and Greg for a wonderful two night stay in The Villa. The home was so welcoming, spotlessly clean, warm on a cold night and the beds were extremely comfortable and luxurious. Jo and Greg even had the home warmed for our arrival on a cold night. The Villa has such a lovely homely luxurious feel to it and it has everything and more that one could want in a luxury stay. It is also greatly located and you can walk to everything in the Main Street very easily - we walked to Harry’s on Green Lane for dinner and to The Press Shop for brunch. It was such a lovely weekend, I came to NSW from WA to see my daughter and share the weekend with her in Bowral celebrating joint birthdays. Thanks again Jo and Greg we highly recommend your lovely Villa and would love to stay again one day in the future.

We recently stayed in a Villa at ARUNA and we loved every bit. The villa was beautiful, cosy and private. The land and facilities were excellent. Our kids loved the bikes, tennis court and pool! Plus the veggies garden was a bonus! Cooking on the outdoor fire was a lovely touch. Our stay was a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Would definitely come back.
