Sian's house is amazing. We felt privileged to stay in such a nice, well layed out home. We would love to come back asap!! We were working at Apple Tree Creek and unfortunately didn't get a chance to have a fish in the river at the rear of the property, but I think it would be fantastic. Very secluded property with beautiful surroundings. Lots of parking (we had 3 work vans).

Location is this winner with this house. Excellent views of the river with less traffic than the Woodgate esplanade. Plenty of room to bring your boat and you’re only metres from the boat ramp. It’s a couple of k’s to Woodgate to the IGA to pick up any grocery items. Inside house is good. Beds were very comfy. Aircon in master bedroom and lounge. Drawer space in second bedroom is minimal. Bring hangers so you can use the wardrobe. The downstairs shower and toilet is great after a swim out front. Would recommend this property to others.

This was probably up there with one of the most beautiful places my husband and I have stayed. Such a beautiful, peaceful location, a homely residence and a wonderful host who was so helpful, responsive and kind. We honestly wished it was our home, words don’t do it justice, you have to stay here if you’re in the area. Thank you so much for having us, we will definitely be back and staying at this residence again.
