Villa MKV was very memorable for all of us. My family and I and family friends vacationed in Batu, Malang from May 29 to May 31, 2025, and we stayed at MKV. When we arrived at this villa, we were very satisfied with the room and facilities. Even when we only spent time at the villa, it was very enjoyable. We and the children could swim and play, barbecue, karaoke, watch Netflix together, and chat by the pool. The surrounding is very beautiful, if you go up to the rooftop in the morning you can see a beautiful sunrise, and in the opposite direction there is a view of the mountains. It's really amazing and fun. Megawati as the host is also very responsive, friendly and kind. When checking out, we had car problems and she was very sympathetic to us and fortunately the problem was quickly resolved. Thank you Mega, may God bless you.

This place has exceed our expectations. the villa is nice, spacious and clean. Recommended for families with children as they will enjoy swimming in the pool. I hope my family can visit there again someday.

The property is splendid for a big family. It has 3 bedrooms. Biem only advertised 2 bathrooms but actually there is an additional outdoor bathroom close to the pool, so it’s a plus. The master bedroom has an en-suite, but the toilet was a bit clogged. The other toilets worked just fine and each had water heater. The house has spacious common rooms, perfect for big family. There is a big balcony upstairs, complete with sofa and swing seat. The kitchen is outdoor and well-equipped. We enjoyed the private swimming pool. The pool is spacious, unlike other villas nearby. It was so peaceful, relaxing at the gazebo and feeding the fish at the pond next to it (fish food was provided). The caretaker, Mr. Suladi, was very helpful and polite. He helped us buy durian and charcoal for BBQ. He and Biem were flexible about early check-in. Both were always fast response. At my rate (IDR5M/night), it might be a bit pricey (due to peak season perhaps), but worth every penny. We had a fabulous stay.

great place to stay in malang. Fina's place offer a clean, nice, and also peaceful surroundings. located in the centre of malang city make this place very strategic. lots of food around the area. very recommended if you want to stay in malang. definitely will come back here

The atmosphere is serene and comfortable, my family and children really like the place, there are lots of doors that can make the air circulation fresher.

The residence is clean and comfortable, according to the description. AC, kitchen utilities, washing machine, smart TV, wifi etc work great. The host was responsive and explained in detail and well. Highly recommended for booking again.

The house is comfortable feels like my own. Clean and tidy. Plusss a washing machine is provided. The location is not in the middle of the city, it's a bit on the outskirts but not too far and it's suitable if you want to go to Bromo because it's closer to the meeting point/basecamp travel! Overall it's really good, I'll stay here again if I go to Malang :)

had a very great stay here. location not very hard to find. located next to a supermarket so that's a plus. very satisfied with the bedroom because it turns out that one of the bedroom had 2 double bed so it can accommodate 4 people. for 6 people this house had more than enough bedrooms. 2 bathroom is good, sadly the heater in one of the bathroom doesn't work properly, but the other one is working properly. overall had a great experience here. recommended for stay with friends / family.

Ageng is very nice and friendly. The villa is quite qood, closed to alun-alun and in a quiet surroundings. Inside you can find basically everything you need to cook and made a decent meal The bedroom is good and the bathroom is clean as well Ageng is there whenever we need something. There are 2 bikes that we can use and when we want to buy medicine, he lent us his motorcycles. We enjoyed our 2 days stay at Ageng Villa. Thank you Ageng

Good place to stay, quite surrounding, breath taking scenery, wheelchair friendly, available karaoke system also.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. Based on our preferences the team made an itinerary where there was enough room to relax in the lodge. The meals prepared and brought to the lodge were very good as well. I would definitely recommend!

Staying at the homestay is like going back to my own home, with smooth communication with my host and timely response.The place was fully equipped, described correctly, new facilities and good hygiene.Especially Agus, the housekeeper, is well-serviced, and enthusiastic and proactive.Particularly moved me, due to my first day staying in Bali by a 4:00 pm shuttle, and after arriving at a gas station in Malang at 3am the next day, Agus quickly rushed from East Java on a motorbike from East Java, allowing us to check in early at 4am to rest as warmly as family.It was because of the effort and enthusiasm of the two of them, and I made another temporary decision to extend my three-day stay to pay them back! I am an old Airbnb user of more than a dozen years and this stay was the best, give 5 stars👍🏻 and recommend to all my friends!

Very comfortable to stay here, Host is responsive. Check in and check out is very easy, stay informed and the host arrives on time. The house is clean, the environment is cool and the front of the house has a public playground. At home is provided with complete kitchen utensils, mineral water and a backup refill. The host is nice and friendly also provides Free amenities for me and my family that makes beyond expectations.
