Located just 6 km from the E60 road and 30 km from the Dragan Dam, the cottage is located on the left bank of the Valley of Hell and 200 meters from the reservoir that forms the Bulz Dam, besides the cottage flows a stream that springs from a natural spring where you can cool off in the warmer.
