Boat ramp access, a short walk to the water's edge and a 2 minute trip to the Black Oak Amphitheater, this A-frame is a dream. Perfect for a fishing trip or just a lake getaway! Boat parking available. A relaxing covered back patio area with a propane firepit sitting to finish the day. Kayaks are included for use during your stay. Pet friendly and close to Silver Dollar City and Dogwood Canyon.

Our home backs up to Table Rock (literally steps away!), is walking distance to Indian Point Marina, and is an easy 5-min drive to Silver Dollar City! New flooring, paint, lights, appliances, furniture, décor, TV, etc. Newly renovated and ready for you! Enjoy being close to everything, yet tucked away on a private lot right at the edge of the water. Welcome!

Cottage at Old Wire

Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Centrally located between Springfield and Branson in the quaint town of Ozark. We are located two minutes from the town square but you will enjoy our country setting. We are surrounded by woods and pastures so you can relax, unwind, enjoy nature, spot wildlife, and rest under our covered patio. We have a washer/dryer. King bed, Full bed, and sofa.
