Nice place to stay

Hi All, My 1st stay at the area, condo look similar to the photo indicated in listing. Comfortable stay at a high level with great view of the whole subang area. Alot of eatery around, got 1 Barung Hantu shop behind the condo (Around 5-10min walk). Alot of youngster staying in condo or nearby as near to the college, food variety more geared towards them. Got washing machine and hanger so your clothes able to dry quite quickly due to the weather. Car park lot spacious and safe, very near to expressway. Turn left to roundabout and you leave the area very quickly. Gym/Swimming and playground at level 10, quite new and not so many people using it. Require some patient for the lift, quite slow and packed sometime. Cheers.

All is good, just that for many people staying in one apartment and there’s only one ikea small bin next to the door… it can be a bit of an inconvenience. Toilet also no bins ya.. just one tiny bin.

Very nice stay at the apartment and feel like home. Friendly host. Evan is very responsive and the area meets my expectation. I will stay again for future trips

Had a great time staying here - the place is very centrally located and pretty much all the major attractions are within a 5 - 6 km radius (if not walkable).

me and my family was satisfied with the stay, the house was look exactly the same like the photo, where let us feel warm and relax when we get there. the house is looks new and clean. clear guideline and instruction was given for the check in and our stay in this place. there is a bit of hassle when trying to get the key, however, the host is very responsive and help us to solve it in real quick.

Overall all was really good for family bonding and rest . Only for 1 st timer the lobby little confuse maybe need more info during collecting key . The waze will end at old town coffe shop but the lobby actually behind . For who take grab nned to stop at lobby easy to collect key.

My family and I had an amazing stay in this apartment. It was definitely a 5-star experience from start to finish. The hosts were super responsive and welcoming. Instructions for check in and check out was very clear and easy to understand. The apartment itself came with a mind blowing view of Subang Jaya; well furnished with a modern contemporary outlook. Amenities are all within a stone’s throw away and you can find almost everything within the Main Place Mall complex itself - quite a huge variety of dining and shopping options. We had one of the best roti canai in Malaysia at Sri Melur Jaya restaurant; just a 3mins short walking distance away from the Main Place residences. Security management was great as well; with access card only access directly to the apartment. It can get a little noisy at night especially with the go-kart track right opposite; but that is what keeps the apartment lively without being much of a nuisance. I would definitely visit again! Highly recommended stay!

Location is great which is near to Paradigm mall. Place is as described and it’s functional and clean. Wifi is good and no issues. If you drive, parking area is easy to access and bright.

The condo was brilliant. Centre of KL, monorail nearby, mall next door, beautiful surroundings. It's location meant the tourist attractions were easy to get to. Look forward to staying there again. Highly recommend it.

One of the best stays I've ever had. Ashraf space was absolutely beautiful, love love love the interior -- just wanted to stay-in the entire time. Lots of restaurants and good coffee place nearby, making it super convenient! Also big thanks to Ashraf for being responsive and clear with the checking in & out instructions. It's super pleasant to communicate with Ashraf, super friendly guy! Would definitely be back again if I could! xx

It’s very convenient if you stay alone and wanna connect wifi, I really recommend to stay here.

Like that the place is out of the city hustle but still accessible to eateries and basic necessities shopping a walking distance away.

This is a recommendable condo unit which is very clean, quiet and comfortable. It’s on level 27 and has good views. The location is near Sunway City. If you come for vacation then this place is a good choice. We didn’t cook at all as there are a number of restaurants nearby. One thing considered weakness is that there is no soap or hand washer in the toilet.

it was a great stay. not to mention they have a private jacuzzi with amazing views.

My stay in KL, hosted by Francis and the team was excellent. It was close to KL Sentral which worked perfectly for me. They have an office on site if you need anything (with washing facilities and supplies which is accessible 24 hours) and are super responsive to any requests or questions through Airbnb as well. It’s nice to have that level of support so close by. They provide detailed information prior to arrival including arriving at the accommodation by grab car or driving yourself – what to do, where to go. I must admit, I spent a lot of time in the pool and loved it. The place is secure with card and key access to the lift and the room. I found the room to be more spacious than the photos which is always a pleasant surprise. I loved having a desk and proper chair. It allowed me to get quite a bit of work done during my stay as well. It was a home away from home for me and if that’s what you are looking for, I can highly recommend booking this accommodation.
