This is a 1,645.9m2 private villa with a spacious living room, indoor barbecue room, and a 10-minute walk to the sea. Standard 10 people (up to 20 people, reservation available after consultation). There is an additional charge of 10,000 won per person from 11 people. Please do so after your arrival. When booking for more than 2 nights, the additional charge is only for the first day. It is a private pension like a villa used by one team in a pension house (1st and 2nd floors). Each room has a queen and a double bed, a total of 3 beds. Mattress bedding is provided in the attic of the two-story loft structure. It is a private house where many people can enjoy in one space, such as a large flat road family gathering workshop. Only one team uses it. Enjoy barbecue (winter season, rainy season barbecue room) and campfire in the cozy garden. Enjoy karaoke on a large TV in the spacious living room. 3 minutes to Josaan Beach, 5 minutes to Nakshan Beach, 15 minutes to Hajodae Seoppyeong Beach, 20 minutes to Sokcho, 10 minutes to Daepo Port, and 5 minutes to Sol Beach Resort by car.

E-Mart (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot), Daiso, and 24-hour E-Mart, GS25, and 7-Eleven are all within a minute's walk. It is located around Lotte Resort, which has an excellent landscape. In summer, you can also put a tent in the yard or valley, and there is a valley in front of the house, so it is good for playing in the water, and you can see the wonderful scenery of Mt. Oda throughout the four seasons. The barbecue has a grill and torch, and you can buy charcoal and use it yourself. There are fire extinguisher, fire alarm, and gas leak alarm. Fridge, induction, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, air conditioner, fan, pot, frying pan, cooking utensils, towels, shampoo, and soap are provided.

The birth of 'Golmala' dates back to 1938. The wooden structure, which has endured for 86 years, had many places to touch, as some parts had collapsed. The pillars of the hanok were preserved as much as possible, and the missing parts were replaced to match the past and the present in the wooden structure. All indoor spaces have been carefully designed to visually communicate with the outdoor courtyard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the most cozy place in this house.
