Chácara Sossego is outstanding! All brand new and well cared for, the place is quiet and easy to access. The heated pool is a delight! Rosiane is very thoughtful and thoughtful of guests, she was super friendly and polite in all in conversations we had and did everything to have a great experience! Hope to come back soon!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this listing. We were very well received by Luciano, an excellent host. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay.

Perfect apartment, clean and organized. As I went with my son, I needed to make food and prepare snacks and other things for him to eat and I had everything I needed in the kitchen, a medium to large market very close to the apartment and many restaurants and shops on the main avenue, I felt at home because I didn't need to travel much to get what I wanted. The apartment is very nice and cozy, modern and versatile. I will definitely need to return to Ipatinga for work and I will continue to book this apartment with Valeria. Thank you Valéria and Suliane for the hospitality during my stay at the property 🙏🏼

Leonidia was a great host, friendly and attentive. We had to change dates and she was super understanding. It also made one more bed for us, we were in 3 people and for work. The accommodation was great, the house extremely clean and organized, with good space as well. The bathroom is large and the whole house is well equipped. We didn't lack anything.
