De Groene Schuur

Onze oude schuur is binnen helemaal vernieuwd tot een warm nest. Binnen vindt ieder zijn hoekje op de bank, aan de tafel, in de zithoeken ... 's Morgens word je wakker met een panorama-zicht op onze boomgaard en de schapenwei. In de zomer kan je 's avonds aan het kampvuur zitten terwijl onze 'huis'-uil rondfladdert. Is het te koud, zit je lekker warm binnen aan de kachel. Door de velden wandel je op enkele minuten tot aan de Schelde, de unieke natuurgebieden en het pittoreske dorp Sint-Amands.

Staying at Koen’s place was a great experience.The house is cute, surrounding building is majestic and backyard is large, quiet and pleasant to relax in. All amenities are present. Communication with host was easy and straightforward. I definitely recommend this place.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est grande, les lits sont confortables, les chambres et la salle de bain sont spacieuses. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Très bien placée, la maison est à 35-40 mins de Bruxelles, Gand et Anvers. Nous recommandons ce logement !! Merci pour tout Martine, les petites attentions sont appréciées 😊

What a fantastic stay we had with Betty and Pol. Opened the door and stepped into an apartment with a lovely warm log burner. Everything clean and tidy which was great after a long journey. Pol and Betty checked in with us when we bumped into them and also gave us some tips on things to do locally. We went for day trips to Antwerp/Brussels but Pol recommended Mechalen with the Square it was very beautiful and much more accessible.They both spoke very good English which is good as our dutch/French is non existent! Thank you for a wonderful stay on our way to center parcs in Holland. If we are ever in this part of the world we would definitely stop here again even if it was out of our way. Thoroughly recommend don't hesitate in booking. Thank you Betty and Pol.

Hoewel we de kampioen in last minute reserveren (LOL) waren werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen in de mooie en gezellige binnen hof, woning en kamer van Tinne en Michiel. Heel aangename hosts die sereen waren en we hebben buiten de incheck en de uitcheck hen nauwelijks gezien. Een echte aanrader als je een keer in Mechelen wil logeren. veel succes verder Tine en Michiel! Sanne en Jef
