Light and airy in the summer, cozy in the winter, this beachside unit is less than 50 metres to Buffalo Beach. It's sandy and safe and perfect for a swim. The Lost Springs natural hot pools are a short walk away. This 1 bedroom spacious ground level unit is perfect for couples and has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy a complimentary Continental breakfast with fresh bread and spreads, cereals, tea and coffee. The flat is not suitable for children under the age of 8.

Superb bird's eye view over stunning Mercury Bay

Our relaxed family friendly 3 bedroom holiday house is in a peaceful location overlooking the small town of Whitianga. It has stunning views night and day of Mercury Bay, the harbour, township and Coromandel ranges. It is a short drive down to Brophey’s, Buffalo or Simpson's (Wharekaho) Beach. The house is on a large section, with plenty of parking. This house is also our bach and we intend to personally meet and greet our guests. We have just had fibre installed and WiFi connected.

Our place is situated at the quiet end of Whitianga, just 4ks from the main shops. Take the car or enjoy a lovely 3.5k scenic walk along the seaside path into town, or venture over the hill to golden sands of Wharekaho. You can expect to find a lovely and spacious studio with Wifi and ample room to relax.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Paul’s place. Very spacious and homely with all the amenities we needed. It was close to the beach and Whitianga had some great restaurants. We met the hosts and their dog briefly who were lovely. Would highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Whitianga.

Fabulous house, spotless clean, everything you need for a short or long stay in Whitianga. The view is amazing from the house, it’s a lovely walk into town and a short drive to most of the tourist spots in the area, Clive is a great host, we would definitely recommend this property

We had a lovely stay at Iona’s place in Whitianga! The house was beautiful, clean, and felt really comfortable. Iona and Steve were fantastic hosts — super welcoming and thoughtful. They even left us a few goodies, which we really appreciated. Grateful for the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here!

When you are looking for a place to stay on the coromandel this is the place you want! The stay is beautiful, the hosts are so kind and have great advice on places to visit! The place is a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach and the town is an equal walk. My husband highly recommends the Espy cafe for breakfast as the smoked salmon Benny is unreal. Just make sure to take the ferry across to hike Shakespeare point to work it off. Cheers!
