Vacation rentals with lake access in Bueno Brandão

This was my first experience with Airbnb, and it couldn't have been better! Mariana and Júnior were incredible hosts — very helpful and always willing to help with anything. We like the stay so much that we decided to extend it for another three days, and they were very receptive to our request. The place is super quiet, great for resting and disconnecting from the rush of everyday life. The pool was always clean, and Junior took care of the maintenance with great attention. No doubt, a place we want to return soon. We highly recommend!

The farm is beautiful, exactly as described, the waterfall and the river that passes at the bottom of the farm is wonderful to appreciate nature. Very clean and comfortable space, equipped with everything the guest needs. The owners left treats for our reception, super effective communication clearing up any questions. It was a wonderful time.

The big difference was the waterfall. In addition to being easy to access is beautiful! Home with all utensils, comfortable and clean space. The quiet place for those who like quiet, even sharing the space with other chalets, we had no problem. Super cool pool area with a beautiful view! Both Cleide and Luiz were extremely requested and always quick to respond!

We loved everything! The house is simple, but extremely clean, organized, comfortable, fragrant and ventilated. The yard looks like a work of art with a perfect lawn and an amazing view of the mountains. Perfect house for families who want to enjoy nature and rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. Another positive point was the care that Mrs. Heloíse had with the pool, extremely clean and heated. The house has a fishing lake and a vegetable garden as well. In short, we loved Mrs. Heloíse, she managed to make my family really feel at home. Our Christmas was perfect! :)

The house is great, extremely clean and super well-equipped with all the household utensils needed for any occasion. We were greeted with great hospitality! As soon as we arrived we were surprised with a delicious welcome cake, a caring gesture that made all the difference in our experience. Rose and her Spouse are very friendly, always helpful and very concerned about the well-being of the guests. They left us free to pick and taste the fruit of the orchard and herbs from their vegetable garden. It was a special twist that made the stay even more enjoyable. The pool is wonderful with a breathtaking view. For those looking for sossêgo is a great request. The fishing lake was one of the highlights of the lodging, with many tilapia. It was an amazing experience that everyone loved. All perfect in a cozy place. I recommend and hopefully come back soon with my family.

We were looking for a villa to enjoy the weekend as a family and it was perfect. The kitchen is very well-equipped and had everything we needed, in addition to the fridge there is a freezer that helped us a lot with the drinks, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were very clean, Sullen was very much requested and responded promptly to our messages, another cool thing is that there is a market/bakery one km from the farmhouse, it helped us a lot. The only negative points were the pool water, which was not 100% crystal clear, but nothing to hinder the fun of the children. And the strong smell of cow manure that came as the wind beat, but this has nothing to do with the farmhouse itself, and maybe it was something on time as well. Super recommend, the farm is very well cared for and cozy.

Wonderful! I saw an evaluation before going to say that low cars suffer on the way, but they can go easy. The mentioned stretch is only 5 meters long, and even leaving the stay in the rain, it took me not even 30 seconds to pass (I have an HB20). There is nothing of suffering! The hostess is very helpful and, in addition, I forgot an object of value, which she made a point of sending me for Sedex – a cute one! The place conveys a lot of peace, and the check-in and checkout are super flexible. Voltaria more often! Oh, and it's very close to Pedra Bela, for those who want to meet. I recommend it!

For those who like nature and seek simplicity, it has a great cost-benefit, positive points: air conditioning, bed and towel included and a very close waterfall. Negative points: It takes time to respond from the host and away from the city.

Great location, close to the shopping center with shops, market, pharmacy and cinema, with the ease of doing everything by walking. The apartment was very clean and organized. We'll be back more often!

Adilson is always kind and helpful. As for the Property, simple, but everything was very clean and cozy, I felt as if I were at home or at the home of a relative or dear friend. The only thing to complain about is the distance from the center, but I believe it is also one of the reasons for so much tranquility. I definitely recommend it and will return if I need to go to that region.

Simply perfect! The farm is excellent, with a lot of privacy, the pool is very good because it is heated, it was at the perfect temperature so you don't have to enter with your toes. For those with children, the trampoline, volleyball net and basketball hoop make all make a difference, because it's fun for the whole day. The kitchen has all the utensils, super complete, absolutely nothing was missing. The entire farm, both inside the house and in the garden, is extremely clean and well-maintained. Couldn't have wished for more. I highly recommend it and we already want to go back again.

Paulo's space is very beautiful, clean, armonious and easy to find. The space feels like a dollhouse, all very clean, organized and welcoming. Even the extra mattresses, to be used on the ground does not smell of guarded and the whole place is airy. They provide several utencilios for cooking, there are nearby grocery that makes delivery and space for children to play. The city is funny as well. It is an environment for the family to enjoy. Paulo was very helpful and helpful. My children loved it.

We love our stay at Casa Vista. We chose the house looking for a quiet place to spend the year with our dogs. We were lucky that time did not follow the weather predictions, rs. The city had rain forecast for every day, which did not happen… we were able to enjoy the outside area a lot. Hosts are super attentive and have given us all the instructions we need. Access to the house is a little difficult, because of the dirt road. We suffer a little so we can climb even without rain. One point was that one of the shutters in the house was not installed, which steals the privacy a bit, since it has a house in front. In addition, our stay was great and our dogs took advantage, ran and played a lot. They were so tired that they didn't even care when they heard the bombs and fireworks. Casa Caminho das Flores is an oasis in the middle of a mountain valley in the city of Itapeva. Just 15 minutes' drive from the city, the wooden chalet rests high on a mountain, offering guests a beautiful view of the valley at the sunset. The fresh farm items are a differentiator, they made our new year. Large house with huge kitchen, great for welcoming groups and large families.

very good place to rest . well cared place, good structure, all very clean and organized. 20 minutes from the center of Monte Sião, 3km on dirt road to access the site , but the road is in good condition. very attentive host, request , pass all the instructions and is always available. recommend!
