It was the perfect spot for a get away. So homely with beautiful views of the surrounding terrain. The rain on the roof was a dream to fall asleep to and the sun coming through the stained glass window above the door felt as if we were waking up in a fairytale. It held the quintessence of what you’d hope for in a hunter valley escape 100% want to go back.

We enjoyed our stay at Duncan’s place, the house was clean and well equipped. Kids enjoyed the pool and fishing at the property. The visiting pelicans in the morning was a bonus too.

Evelyn was a great host. Gave us incredible local recommendations. The accommodation itself was nice and cozy with a beautiful view over looking the water.

Their hospitality was unmatched, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our kids had an absolute blast playing on the property. We were lucky enough to borrow the kids toys, which kept everyone entertained. The property itself is stunning, with a lovely pool that provided endless fun and relaxation. we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Owners went above and beyond even to a point where a bag was left and they posted it back to Sydney without additional charges. Stunning view, mineral pool - the photos don’t do it justice. Trev’s place was beautiful- even more beautiful than the photos! We were so happy when we arrived. It was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. From the start, Mel had been very helpful when I needed to change some details regarding the booking. When we arrived and just as we were looking for a beach spot to bring the kids (the first place we went to were experiencing high tides), I received a message from Mel suggesting The Rockpool to go to. How timely and thoughtful! The place was clean and had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the home and Mel's thoughtfulness definitely added a pleasant personal touch to the stay.

Adrian and Fiona's Home in Belmont, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very spacious and perfect for a couple that needs a place to stay near Lake Macquarie and Belmont. There is a beautiful nature all around you if you have time to explore. The driveway to the airbnb is tight and there is no room to turn around at the end so reversing out is required. We had a large car so that was a bit tricky, especially as we were asked to stay on the driveway not the grass. Apart from that I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed, spacious layout for our 6 and 10 year old kids. Shops, cafe's, restaurants and beach are very close by. We would love to stay again sometime. Highly recommend this stay. Thanks Brittany, Sharon and Steve.

We had a great time for 29th wedding anniversary there. Very clean organised and very hospitable place. We relaxed outside sitting area. We could cook for dinner. She has every tools to cook. Beaches are very close. We would like to come back during summer time.

We booked very last minute and Reg was incredibly quick to respond with all the information we needed. The house itself was great as it had everything we needed and was really well-stocked. It made for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely stunning property and location, perfect little staycation for my family. The kids were never short of things to do between the lake, pool, huge yard and board games, we loved every minute of being there. Ashay was helpful friendly and the perfect host. We can’t wait to go back

Loved our stay. The house was perfect for our girls mums and daughters girls weekend away. Pool was great. Separate living spaces worked so well for us so we all weren’t in each others spaces. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

We spent the Easter long weekend at Ricky's place with extended family. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We used the path across the street to access the lake, which is steep at the start but then lovely and flat for my 4-year-olds to scoot around. It's a 2 minute drive to the shops. We tried a few local beaches but our favourite was Norah Head and the Norah Head rock pool, which is 5 minutes drive away. The only thing to be aware of is that bedroom 4 isn't really a bedroom - it's a little annex/office space between the living area and one of the other bedrooms - it has no door, which meant it wasn't really usable as a bedroom.

We had an amazing stay at Chain Valley bay. The house was everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and in an excellent location. Doreen was very easy to communicate with and provided plenty of information in the guest book for things to do. We loved our stay.

Very clean and beautiful place, had my two small children there and was great for them aswell, had a portacot and a high chair there which was great! Abraham was great and quick at replying when we had any questions.

Loved the house. The layout was perfect. Bedrooms not close together, 2 bathrooms, everything elese in between. The views are stunning. Love having cows, horses and sheep roaming close. Loved it.

Had a fantastic stay at Steve and Linda’s. The place was very clean, quiet, and had everything you could possibly need. Felt like a home well looked after. Even had lots of toys and amenities for kids. Would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere in the area.

We loved staying at Lucy’s place it was super cozy and private. Lucy’s place had everything you needed. We arrived at the accomodation late and it was easy to find with festoon lighting. Lucy had turned the floor heating on which was so lovely coming from the cold outside and there was milk already in the fridge for a coffee or tea. We would definitely stay again!
