Kathy was super nice and was very responsible and responsive. She made sure I was settled when I arrived and gave me extra accommodations when the weather showed it was going to flood. I didn't technically stay in this A-Frame due to the weather, but I'd stay anywhere Kathy is again!!! Cute, friendly cowboys working around the property while I was there always said hello. The raw milk in the shop is the best I've ever drank, and the Kefir is soo good. Amazing Airbnb, book now!!!

Kristin is a kind and accommodating host with a very nice family who kept me up to date while making ongoing improvements to the house, and graciously offered me a choice of rooms as they became available. She tries to keep her residents happy and creates a comfortable living space with a relaxing atmosphere. The only drawback for me - the proximity of room # (Elliott's) to the busy road - is something Kristin expressly disclosed up-front and, again, was also willing to switch as soon as a quieter room was available. The room rates are very fair for such a nice character property and the rear garden, which comes with a prolific vegetable garden, is a highlight. The garden goes back a long way and can be host to wandering deer and other wildlife. The remodeled basement bathroom is also very good and the kitchen is a nice place to hang out. Jamie’s house by the river was the perfect get away for our family. The backyard was so peaceful and the pool was a great place to cool off and have fun (if you have little kids just be careful with the flagstones around the pool). The furniture was comfortable, especially the bed in the primary suite! We enjoyed many meals at the big dinning room table. Jamie gave us great recommendations and was so responsive. He was a terrific host. We would definitely come back!

I stayed for a week at Flint Hill Farm and enjoyed every bit of my visit. Kathy was so warm and welcoming. My room was cozy, the kitchen was accommodating, homemade breads, yoghurt, cheese and coffee. The animals were beautiful, all the farm staff were friendly and nice. We were in town to visit family and friends and this was the perfect home base for us. Home was as described and well stocked. Ceilings are low (which is stated in the description)…this was not an issue for us but may be for others. Property was peaceful and private. Would not hesitate to book again and would recommend to others. Thank you!

Our family found Anne’s farm very charming! We loved getting to check out the sheep, chickens, turkeys, and peacocks, and the geese patrolled the parking area. We appreciated Anne’s responsiveness, the clean rooms, and the ability to charge our EV. It was a short drive to cute shops and a cafe in town.

Honestly best ever stay. John’s farm was beautiful and he was so welcoming. He gave us a tour of his farm. He has a lovely farm and a house. Where we stayed was very clean and amazingly big as well. They provide snacks and breakfast food for when you wake up with no charge. Amazing host

We stayed at Cindy's RV for 1 night. My daughter had a 50 mile endurance race really early in the morning and Cindy's place was less than 20 minutes from the starting line. The RV was very comfortable and easily met our needs. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. However, it was a little short. My husband is very tall and his feet were hanging off the bed. The property is beautiful and I regret we didn't have more time to enjoy the property.

We stayed here for a wedding in New Hope. It was very convenient and a beautiful setting with large groups of deer passing by frequently. My kids loved the grounds and toys that were available. Extremely kind and helpful hosts that offered lots to do with our kids in the area!

We loved our weekend getaway at Beech Hollow Farms!! Guilange was an amazing host - super thoughtful and made the place feel like a home, with everything we needed and more. We brought our dog (first vacation) and she had the best time exploring the property! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, home away from home spot! Such a fun and unique property! We stayed in most of the trip because everyone was enjoying themselves on property, there was no reason to leave! The house is well organized and had everything we needed and then some. I can’t say enough good things about the house and host. If we are ever back down that way we would 100% stay again!

I loved my time at Rebecca's place! Not only was she flexible with my arrival time and provided me with helpful directions on how to get there and where to park, she was ready waiting outside when I pulled up! She was so nice and was so personable as if I was speaking to someone I've known for years! She gave me a tour of the unit and pointed out everything I needed to know! The stay was so clean and had towels and linens laid out for my use!!! She provided very tasty food recommendations and made sure I knew she was available if I needed anything during my stay!! Checkout was so easy and instructions were very easy to follow!!! I will definitely be taking her recommendation and returning in the Spring to get some much needed study time before my exams!! I would recommend this stay to everyone who's looking!!

We had two extended stays at Kelly’s guest house as it served as an outstanding retreat while our home was undergoing construction. The house is cozy, spacious, immaculate, and well appointed. It is highly recommended for a quiet getaway and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings as well watching the horses, pigs, and goats. Our last night there were treated to a wild lightning show from the Florida room as a line of wicked storms passed through after sunset. I sure I will have to find some excuse to stay here again soon.

If I had to describe Amy‘s place in one word, it would be perfect. The cottage is quaint and very private. We enjoyed waking up and drinking coffee on the deck while watching the geese, chickens, and sheep. We even saw some baby sheep. Absolutely magical! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bed was comfy. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay with Kathy. Her place is perfect for toddlers (as long as they are supervised). Across the pool, feeding the animals, and exploring Bucks County, there’s no shortage of adventures.

Such a fantastic stay. We spent the weekend here and it was perfect with our toddler. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated. We enjoyed relaxing in the cottage and using the fire pit, walking/running the canal, and exploring the food and shops in nearby Frenchtown and New Hope. It is a truly peaceful, beautiful area and Kristine/Will do absolutely everything to ensure you have a memorable stay. We especially loved the provided bagels, drinks and snacks. Thank you again for everything, we hope to be back one day.

Our small family stayed at the River Barn for two months during a renovation at our main home. It was so quiet and cozy! We loved the airy light and great bird watching towards the woods through the big windows. Amazing view is the sunsets as well. While small, it’s roomy at the same time and was perfect for us. John and Carla were very nice and always helpful. Thank you so much for the great stay!

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. Private farm with lots of character. Inside was very clean.

Jessica’s Airbnb was the most wonderful place we’ve ever stayed. We made a last-minute request just a few hours before we were planning to leave home, but she was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was ready and comfortable for us when we got there. Her family was the sweetest—her husband came out to guide us to the house, and her children kindly helped start a fire in the fire pit at night. The Airbnb itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful. We haven’t stopped talking about how much we loved it, and we’re already looking at our calendar to see when we can come back!

We had a lovely time at Penbuck farms - the home is gorgeous and feels cozy and lived in by real people, which was a welcome change from some of the more corporate AirBnB's we've experienced. The decor of the home is perfectly fitting. We were really impressed by how well the kitchen was stocked - we found all the tools we needed to cook meals at home, and everything was easy to find and in great condition. The property itself is gorgeous - it's a very private location set almost a half mile back from the road, surrounded by corn fields and right next to a cute creek. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and decorated. We especially enjoyed having access to a grill, and being able to sit out in the cute firepit area. Alyce was very responsive and easy to communicate with as well, which made the checkout process very easy.

Honey hollow farm is just a perfect t little retreat and getaway. Layla is so kind and welcoming and she’s very caring about her guests. She thought of all the details from all the hand soaps and lotions with her logo to bandaids and qtips in the bathroom to extras like bath salts and essential oils. The house is large and cozy with so many rooms for a big group. Her offerings are enough for anyone to choose something to do and the location is great. Can’t wait to Come back!
