There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. We are happy to share our wonderful environment.

Walk to Mellons Bay/Eastern Beaches, or Howick Village for boutique shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, the Saturday-morning market and Monterey Cinema. Public buses nearby link to Half-Moon Bay ferry. Welcome to our little slice of paradise. Charming, bohemian style studio nestled downstairs on the bottom level with your own entrance. Enjoy waking up and hearing the tuis sing, put your walking shoes on and take a stroll through the bush to Mellons Bay Beach. The Main Street of Howick is just 5mins drive away where you can access local restaurants and pubs, the Monterey Movie Cinema and a boutique shopping experience.

This place is ideal if you want somewhere close to Howick village and the beach. You’ll love the cosiness, the location and the convenience, less than 5 minutes walk from all that Howick has to offer. Good for couples and solo travellers or visiting family. We have had several homestay families staying in our guest suite and they have found it ideal for their requirements.
