Lovely south facing view of fields and town. 150 square meters. Modern kitchen. Ample parking. 100 meters from railway station with 2 direct trains to Zurich every hour. The 4 bedrooms are of different sizes with one large bedroom, 2 medium and 1 small. Each bedrooms has 2 single beds and the living room has 2 sofa beds. 2 more persons can be accommodated on floor mattresses (placed in the living room or large bedroom). In some of the bedrooms beds can be moved together if desired.

Das Studio ist für Geschäftsreisende, für Kurzaufenthalte, längere Aufenthalte sowie fürs Homeoffice ausgerüstet. Für Kinder sind zwei Betten und ein Hochstuhl vorhanden. Man kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss oder mit einem Fahrrad die Natur, einen Einkaufsladen oder die Busstation erreichen. Wir wünschen unseren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Welcome to our centrally located apartment, which is located in the immediate vicinity to the University of Applied Sciences and public transport. This spacious property has 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed) and 3 bathrooms which makes it ideal for groups/ families. The space is modernly decorated and offers a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals. In addition, amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, etc. are at your disposal.

Apartment or workers' apartment with direct connection to Zurich/Bern and Basel. Quiet apartment in a green location. Effingen is a small village from where you can start beautiful hiking and cycling tours directly from the door. It also has a large covered patio which can also be used. The seat is at the back of the house. Restaurants and shopping are in the next town in about 15 minutes' walk

Living on the organic farm

Our old farmhouse is located in the village center of Schinznach. We are happy to make the lower apartment and the large garden available. If required, products directly from the farm are also included, such as jam, walnuts and, in summer, fruit and vegetables. However, this depends on the seasons and the weather.

This is a simple room with 18m2 and a private toilet/shower. It is furnished with a sofa bed, with a dresser. The room is easily accessible by elevator and has a large terrace for exclusive use. If necessary, a stove (possibly microwave) can be provided.
