We've stayed in a few places where the photos didn’t quite match the reality, but this listing was exactly as advertised. The property, both inside and out, was absolutely beautiful. The space was clean and well-maintained, and the surroundings were incredibly scenic and relaxing—just what we needed for a peaceful weekend getaway from the hectic city life. Carl and Marsha, the hosts, were fantastic. They were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. They also provided excellent recommendations for nearby places to check out, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil escape with great hosts!

Colleen and Jeff's place, as usual, provides a safe, clean and centrally located space that is very well stocked with needed essentials in the kitchen and the bathroom. Within a short drive we were able to explore Owen sound, Wiarton and Sauble Beach as well as red Bay Beach which was our kids' favourite (went to almost every day!). Communication with Colleen and Jeff was easy and we always get a prompt response. The kids are already asking when we'll be back.

Our stay at Christina and Mike’s place exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is even more stunning in person than in the photos. It is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. We loved the cruiser bikes as it was a great way to explore the town. Christina and Mike were incredible hosts—quick to respond, attentive, and full of great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay!

Had a wonderful stay. Very central and convenient to restaurants and shops. Place was squeaky clean and comfortable with a full kitchen including coffee/tea, basic spices and olive oil. Easy access to large parking lot via a flight of stairs or alternatively, elevator down then walk around building to back. Ray was very responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a central location to explore Owen Sound!

we absolutely loved staying here. the area is so peaceful, didn't hear anything but wildlife which was wonderful. we didn't want to leave! the bed is huge and so comfy, the living room is cosy and the kitchen has everything you need. we would love to return one day.

I stayed with my family for a week. This is our second stay and we loved coming back. The house has everything we need and the kids love exploring the creek. It's a short drive to Sauble beach and so many great little towns and hiking trails. Bettie provides everything you need and is quick to message back if you have a question. A great spot to spend some time.

The house is perfectly situated on the river with a nice beach and it has all of the amenities needed. Dan communicated regularly and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. A Perfect Getaway in Kincardine! We had the most amazing stay at this charming cottage in Kincardine! The cottage is beautifully maintained with plenty of character and modern touches. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. The living area had all the comforts we needed, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our meals. The location is ideal – close to the beach, a short drive to downtown Kincardine where we explored local shops, had some fantastic meals, and enjoyed the beautiful lighthouse. The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with the perfect mix of comfort and nature, this cottage is it! What a fabulous apartment above a garage, so there was lots of privacy. Nicely equipped. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains were much appreciated. Also, we had the whole backyard to ourselves and it was only a short distance to a pleasant beach. Thank you Douglas for a lovely stay.

We stayed for two nights at Tarik's place, very close to downtown and we were able to walk to just about everything we needed. The place is super clean and also much larger than it appears in photos - there were 4 adults staying and we did not feel cramped at all. Tarik is quick to respond and reached out quickly when our power went out during an ice storm. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Rohit’s place over the long weekend! The house is packed with so many activities for both kids and adults that there was never a dull moment. Every corner of the house has been thoughtfully utilized with games, amenities, and entertainment — no matter where you are, there’s always something fun to do! We stayed for two nights and honestly wished we had more time to enjoy everything. The basement with the pool table, video games, and karaoke was a highlight — definitely plan your time well so you can experience it all! The home is clean, exactly as shown in the pictures, and Rohit was an absolute pleasure to interact with. He was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating to any requests we had, always making sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing stay with plenty to keep everyone entertained. Thanks again, Rohit!

We had a great time spending 3 days and 2 nights in this beautiful house, Casa Giulia. Nolan & Cristiana were very responsive and kind in answering our inquiries. The place was very clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed a bonfire at night and even witnessed a stunning sunset near the lake, not far from the house. It was an extraordinary experience. I highly recommend this place; I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. Thank you Nolan and Cristiana.
