We loved staying at Florcitas condo. We took a mini spring break and stayed for 4 days with our 5 and 10 year olds. She was always super responsive if we had a question, which we appreciated! The place is also much bigger in person, plenty of space for our family of 4. This is a great place to bring kids—the beach is steps away, there is an awesome pool/deck with lounge chairs. There were tons of other kids staying at the building, which was great for our kids and kept them entertained. I loved that Florcita supplied beach chairs and even toys/boogie boards. You can walk to a bunch of places to eat, and the boardwalk is a quick Uber/golf car ride. You really don’t need a car, unless you’re planning on going somewhere specific. There is a 7-11 across the street and a 15min walk to a Publix. We went to Miami for a day—only about a 30 or so minute drive. Lots to do in Hollywood—you could just stay around the condo vicinity and be fine! We hope to come back again—without our kids! ?

I can’t say enough good things about Beachcomber this was our third visit this year so far. They go out of their way to make your stay great. Randy was always there waiting to set up the chairs we chose for the day and was always happy to do so. Debbie was the best at making us feel welcome in the restaurant she explain every dish. The restaurant is great . We can’t say enough good things about the Beachcomber and can’t wait to go back. Mark & April McCurry

Definitely deserves all of the 5 star reviews! Wonderful place to stay, perfect location and Joanne is extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed here for a few days and felt very comfortable and loved that the beach and many restaurants were so close. Also loved that she welcomed my dog and he was able to enjoy the beach a little too!

We had a wonderful stay! The balcony was absolutely beautiful — we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking in the view. It was great having a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of supplies, which made it easy for us to prepare meals at home. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the soft pillows made it even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect space and walkable distance to the beach.

This is our second stay in this facility (managed by Hilton), and our first day with Sheila. Location is fantastic with walking distance to several restaurants, the beach, shopping , and a nearby Tennis park. Plenty of kitchen amenities to cook on your own, but plenty of options is your vacationing from that. Plenty of towels for the beach and the bathroom. Beach chairs included in the room if you wish. Small patio overlooking the entry to the building with some beautiful bird life singing. Was perfect for our second Tortuga Fest.

The condo was exactly as described and in an optimal location. My daughter loved the rooftop pool, and you can see the water and the pier from the balcony. We would definitely book this again!
