First store in Sézanne (8 km), 40 min from Epernay, 50 min from Troyes, 1 hour 15 minutes from Reims, 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris, 45 min from Provins (medieval town). Large bedrooms (3, one with only a curtain), sofa bed in the living room. Large bathrooms, kitchen, living room, yard, and enclosed courtyard. House in its original state, awaiting major renovations.

This is an authentic and resourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes, kayaks, SUPs and other equipment are available.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.
