Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the jetty, boat (3.5 hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

Our family owned big nice house is empty often so we would like to give vacationing, working or passing through the opportunity to live our nice house. Wonderful garden, private and of course free parking, period and fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV and dining area, three bedrooms. Four sleeping places but up to six can stay at the same time in the house if one person sleeps on the sofa and two people sleep together in a 120 cm bed. The bathroom has a bath and newly installed toilet seat.

Parking for one car. Bus and bike path to the city and Sundbyholm (3 km). Bed linens are available to rent for SEK 75/person and stay.

The house is located on a dead end street in a very quiet area with walking distance to the Park Zoo, Tuna Park, Eskilstuna city center/station, where you can easily get on to Stockholm (1h) and Västerås (40min). The property is well located close to most things. If you have children with you, there are activities to be done in the area. The house is located next to Kronskogen and nature reserve. Behind the plot is an artificial lawn with outdoor gym, running track and playground. Behind the playground is Parken Zoo. Tunavallen is about 300 m away if you like to watch football. It's also close down to town and also to Tuna Park where there's a shopping center with restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Surround by forest, fields and a rich wildlife right next to the house. Don't be surprised if you see moose, deer, cranes and many other wildlife from the porch when you eat breakfast. There is also the opportunity to book several different activities such as game safaris, clay pigeon shooting, bow shooting and lots of garden games to do on your own.
