Wonderful House! All clean ! Hostess, attentive. People, you can stay without fear. Clean pool. Clean and fragrant bed linens. So everything is good!

We were very well received by Marta and Max, the owners leave all the basic items, avoiding a rush to the market and still leave some extra treats; in our case, even draft beer produced locally. The house has all the amenities listed, nice and very well-equipped kitchen, we had a barbecue without any problems. There are three en-suites and another good social bathroom, air-conditioning in all rooms, everything working perfectly well. When necessary, we contacted Marta and Max, and we were promptly assisted without difficulties. Great stay, we hope to return soon.

The tour was perfect, the house is comfortable, it met the expectations of my family, the clean pool to Amanda always very attentive, I will come back more often and I highly recommend it.

Great space, very nice backyard and very nice pool. the town is small so everything is very close. should be considered the installation of air-conditioning or ceiling fan.

It was a satisfactory stay, matches the listing, very kind and quick host in communications, clean and fragrant sheets and bath towels, the house was clean and organized, quiet place, great to rest…the place is about 20 minutes walking from the center and 5 minutes by car…super recommended!

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as in the pictures: comfortable, well cared for and very well equipped. The cleanliness is impeccable. The kitchen is super complete, with all the utensils we need. The pool was clean and all the air conditioners working perfectly, which made all the difference for our comfort. In addition, check-in and checkout were super flexible, which helped us a lot in the logistics of the trip. I loved it and recommend it for sure!

The space is very nice and cozy, exactly as shown in the photos! We were in a group of 6 people and the house accommodates very well! The super-equipped kitchen, the air-conditioned/fan rooms, clean linens, the super-clean pool and even with a slide! Haha but the highlight really is the kindness of Vivi and her husband! Outstanding hospitality, kind and friendly! Vivi greeted us with a huge smile and a delicious muffin! She was super helpful, gave tips on walking and what to do in the city! We felt very welcomed and at ease!! We will definitely be back!!

Incredible experience at Casa Sonho; big house, spacious, very clean and beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms impeccable, as well as the full kitchen to serve the guest. Extremely quiet neighborhood and the house located near the city center. I think what made this stay in Brotas even better was the receptivity of the host Gilson who was extremely polite in all contacts, not to mention that it was a great help to direct us on what to do in the city. We will be happy to return any day like this.

Excellent space. As described. Impeccable cleanliness. Janaína left us some Easter gifts. Very good linen and bath. Well-equipped kitchen. Very nice outdoor area. Pool, tables, chairs. Ideal for having a glass of wine and listening to good music (it has a Bluetooth speaker). I recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful! Kleber is an exemplary host: attentive, helpful and always available to help with great kindness. From the first contact, he was very careful with all the details. We had an unforeseen event and needed to adjust the arrival and departure times, and he was extremely understanding, doing his best to accommodate us in the best way. In addition, he sent us a list of tips for restaurants, bakeries, markets and tourism agencies, which made our planning much easier. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything, and the street is very quiet and peaceful. The internet also worked very well throughout the stay A special highlight is the Jacuzzi: we used it on a cold day and, even so, the water heated up super well (really warm). It was a delight to relax in comfort and enjoy this very special corner of the house. Without a doubt, we highly recommend the accommodation and are already looking forward to returning on a future opportunity!

The house is a delight, super bright and airy, with 2 great bathrooms, new bed and mattresses, impeccable bedding, and even towels available. We were welcomed with the whole house smelling great!!!! Wonderful location, a tranquility that brought us a lot of peace, a 5-minute drive to the center of Brotas. The house is exactly like in the photos, it was very clean when we arrived, it has all the necessary household utensils. The pool is wonderful and was clean. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the center of the city. Silvia gave us tour tips and was always very helpful. It was a wonderful stay, I highly recommend it and if there is an opportunity we would like to come back.
