This is 1 of 2 units in our B&B, located on the second floor of a converted carriage house/ barn adjacent to our family's home. This provides all of our guests with plenty of privacy. The kitchen is ready to cook with a stove, microwave, dishes, and more. There is an outdoor grill available, charcoal is not provided. Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Pleasant space for your comfort while you travel. This room has a queen size memory foam bed on the ground floor of the house. There are two other listings with different layouts to check out if you would prefer those accommodations. Guests have a separate entrance to the Airbnb space that includes a shared bathroom, and shared common room, with amenities. Coffee, bottled water and a portable breakfast is provided. We are centrally located between Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca.
