We are so glad to have found Dawn’s place so last minute. My husband was taking a last minute trip to Steubenville for the weekend and I couldn’t find any hotels for him to stay at. Dawn’s place was perfect for his needs and very affordable. She was extremely helpful and responsive and the room was clean and comfortable. Tracie's and her husband are Super Host, I enjoy all the days that I stayed with them, and I can recommend them to my friend and family, if they need a shot time stay within their area, thanks so much for hosting me.

We were very pleased with our stay in Mary's room. The room was very comfortable, even though it was quite crisp and breezy outside. The views of the river were ever changing, but beautiful. The Christmas decorations added a wonderful ambiance to the house. The house was recently remodeled and is very nicely done with attention to it's history. Danielle, the hostess, was excellent. She was an excellent communicator. She provided us with the option of some delicious snacks and coffee. My husband and I would absolutely stay here again, if in the area.

Very much enjoyed staying at Annie's place. Felt right at home. We were treated like one of the family in their beautiful home. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the beautiful sunroom as much as we would have liked since we were busy with our conference most of the weekend. Annie and her husband were very gracious hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them. We had two wonderful healthy breakfasts in the sunroom prepared by Annie who is a dietician. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in town and would love to spend more time just relaxing in the home.

The exterior of the home features a multi-level deck with ample seating and shaded areas, surrounded by lush greenery. A swimming pool is located in the foreground, complemented by a peaceful setting that enhances outdoor relaxation.

This is one of the coolest houses you'll ever stay in. we ended up spending most of our time at the house and it was super comfortable. Everybody had their own spaces and then some! We were a little worried about the weather because it was going to be in the '60s, but they crank the heat up to 82° on the pool for us and it was awesome! I had to work some Friday morning and the office was perfect for my needs. The kitchen stove was excellent to cook on and they had iron skillets as well which made the food perfect.

If you're looking for a luxury suite, this is not it, but that's about the only thing anyone can say that isn't extremely positive about this place. It's great for the price, comfortable, and kept very clean. For less than you would pay for most hotel rooms that are within my standard, you're getting a 2 bedroom apartment for use. Television, internet, multiple beds, very clean and usable kitchen, simple checkin and checkout, simple rules. The building has it's quirks, but honestly, they have made more than the best of what the property can be used for. This is extremely close to the casino, making late night food simple. Driving and parking here are not complicated.
