Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Broken Hill

Abraham was awesome! Can I bring a cat? Yes. Can I book for an unknown time-frame? Yes. Can I store my life's belongings in the garage? Yes (but bring a sturdy padlock). Can I bring my own internet? Yes. It was an unusual situation where I had to wait for my house to be repaired. I stayed for 3 months and Abraham never waivered in his communication. He even sent a cleaner a few times! The place was perfect for my cat, fully fenced and peaceful, and for me to be able to live and work without worrying about where I was staying. Being able to keep everything in the garage meant I didn't have to worry about a storage facility and I had things to hand if I needed them. The place is very comfortable and thank goodness for aircon!! Broken Hill is a great place and if you're looking for the perfect place to stay while you're here, I can highly recommend the Miner's Cottage! [Okay, tiny issue with the 3-eyed-jacks (nasty prickles) but I soon got used to having backyard shoes by the door :-)]

Great place, very secure for the dogs. Perfect for what we needed - in Broken Hill to attend the dog shows - the Memorial Oval was just across the road. Beds were so comfortable, bathroom very spacious and towels thick and fluffy. Would very much to come again next year.

This was an amazing stay at Caitlin's house in the outback. The location was perfect as it was close to our friends house and within walking distance to them. The house had all required amenities as well as a thoughtful welcome basket upon arrival. 2nd driveway was awesome, providing plenty of parking in the backyard and ease of access. Caitlin was super responsive and reached out to advise of good cafes for a morning drink or a bite to eat..

We loved our stay at Ella's Place. Corinne was so friendly and quick to respond in regard to a couple of minor maintenance issues. An amazing old house, lovingly restored and cared for. Can thoroughly recommend this property.

What a wonderful stay! I was here for a quick trip to find my new home, and now I'm even more excited to move. Anita is such an amazing host, and her home is just beautiful. I absolutely adored the garden art and all the lovely historic details; it really made the space feel so welcoming and thoughtful.

We had a great stay. There were a few quirks like not being able to watch the TV without disturbing anyone sleeping in the second bedroom because there is no proper wall between it and the lounge (apartment 4) but nothing serious . But we really enjoyed it and would go back again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The dogs had fun playing in the back yard and sitting out on the porch with us . The off street parking to the house for some people could be a bit of a climb and the low furniture maybe a problem for some. We personally had a fantastic time.

Buck cottage was beautifully presented and styled. The entire house was spotless. The cottage has an outdoor kitchen and back deck which would be great in warmer weather. We enjoyed meals at the local hotel and coffee shops. Megan has thought of everything you would need in the cottage which exceeded our expectations. Our two dogs loved racing around the totally enclosed backyard. Sharon and Chris.

Coming into Grumpy's from the midwinter chill was like returning to a cosy comfortable home (away from home). Thank you Marilyn for another 5-star stay.

Gigi's cottage was just wonderful. The courtyard was lovely to sit in and Summer, our puppy, loved being out there. The cottage had everything we needed, well supplied, comfortable bed, very clean. Electric blanks, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing products. Excellent location. Walking distance to the main street, Argent Street, cafes, pubs, art galleries. A short drive to Silverton, Pro Hart Gallery and anything else you would want. Thank you Gigi for everything and it was so lovely to meet you.

We really enjoyed our stay at StevieNic's Digs. The property is situated in a quiet location within walking distance of an OTR and other shops. The house itself was extremely well stocked with just about everything we could possibly need. The weather was really hot during our stay but the property had a great air conditioner as well as fans and ceiling fans so we were very comfortable. Each bedroom has a TV and comfortable beds, and the living area was spacious. There is a large modern bathroom, as well as a second toilet which is always great. The outdoor area was great for sitting outside and the yard was secure for our dog. We also loved the addition of a few special treats from the hosts and thoughtful touches throughout the house. We would thoroughly recommend this property and we would love to stay here again.
