[Caminia] * Secret Oasis Beach *

Absolutely, amazing property with a breathtaking view. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for unique experience.
A spiral staircase is visible, featuring wooden steps and a sleek metal railing. The staircase descends into an area with stone wall accents, creating a contrast with the warm-toned wood. The design highlights a modern aesthetic while promoting an open and airy feeling.

Salvatore’s place was the perfect spot for us to enjoy a most memorable stay in Serra. To say he and his family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome is an understatement! Such generous people and hosts. We look forward to our next visit and will absolutely stay here again.

Petruda, house in the village

VincenzoRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Very nice property, located in a quiet area. Great for resting or for business travelers. Not suitable for people with disabilities and those with leg or back problems. Elevated on 2 additional floors on the ground floor, a certain ancient style has been maintained with steep wooden stairs connecting one floor to the other. The bedroom with a bathroom and shower is located on the top floor. On the first floor, there is a nice sitting area with a toilet and shower. Wi-Fi is not available, but from mobile you can connect to the Internet very well (except for the kitchen on the ground floor where there is less signal). Alessandra provided several useful details and was understanding, meeting some of my needs. It should be noted that Google Maps goes a little crazy and confuses the real location of the property, but just follow Alessandra's references and you can find it quite easily. Great place for those who have commitments on site.
The image features a historic church set against a backdrop of rolling hills, with a medieval village perched above. The landscape is adorned with lush greenery and a dramatic sky at sunset, creating a serene and picturesque view of the area.

Work e Vacation in the Badolato Medieval Village

Luigi met us at check in. He did not speak English, but it worked. We had absolute privacy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were greeted by birds every morning and a view to the sea. Unfortunately for us, many restaurants were closed for the season. However we were able to get into two with reservation. The apartment is located well next to the main piazza and parking in front of the building was easy. We stayed four nights with no regrets.

A sandy beach stretches along a clear turquoise coastline, bordered by rocky formations. Two beach umbrellas are positioned on the shore, while a few individuals are seen at a distance. The gentle waves wash onto the sand, enhancing the peaceful beach environment.

Casa Peppino Nisticò -Your home away from home-

Warmest recommendation for Danilo's accommodation! The apartment is located in a charming village, about 15 minutes from the beaches. Especially practical: an excellent trattoria is located directly in the village and is easily accessible on foot. Danilo was always available, very flexible at check-in and welcomed us personally – a very friendly and attentive host!

A balcony view showcases the shimmering sea under a blue sky, framed by charming historic buildings. A table with a butterfly-patterned tablecloth is set on the balcony, while greenery and terracotta rooftops add to the scenery.

Apartment of the Gods

The location of the apartment was wonderfully centrally located - right in the heart of Pizzo. We were in town over the Easter holidays and were thus able to follow the processions - even from the balcony of the apartment. Pizzo is a very nice place with great Italian flair and likeable inhabitants. The beach is also beautiful. The view of the sea is magnificent and everything was available. The kitchen is a separate space which is very practical. Once we had a problem with the window, Stefania was there right away. As compensation, she left us delicious pasticcini. She responded to our questions right away and was very helpful to us. At the beginning, she reserved a parking space for us. Thank you for the wonderful time in Pizzo.

"Terrazza Blu": apartment in a villa in Caminia

Book it! If you're considering this area of Calabria and you love beautiful views of the ocean, a quiet/peaceful small beach village vibe, and easy access to many of the nearby beaches, busier cities (e.g. Soverato and Catanzaro), and historical sites, THIS is your perfect spot. The views are spectacular (even better than the photos, if that's possible) - we woke each morning to the sunrise, enjoyed coffee while watching the sea birds, and the hearing the gentle waves hit the rocks below. Federico (Gabriella's son) was very helpful on anything we needed in terms of local restaurants, shops, etc. Definitely visit Alta Marea seafood shop for local seafood. And L'Arte del Grano for freshly baked bread. We can't wait to return!
