Everything was good! Value for money, and close to the centre of Brno. But do note that it is a student housing, so the apartment is shared with others and the common areas may not be clean. Otherwise, Artur was a very friendly and communicative host who provided prompt replies and tried his best to help with all our questions. ☺️ We really appreciate it.

The hotel is not exactly in an ideal location, but the stronger is the experience of Brno. On the other hand, being in a better place is at a different price. Anyway, I'm glad I saw this part of the city, otherwise I probably wouldn't even look there. The hotel offers a free taxi to the center and I take it as a big plus.

A very nicely decorated apartment, comfortable, with terrace and sauna. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a supermarket in practically the same building. The hosts responded within minutes. 100% recommended.

An outdoor terrace is furnished with a wooden table and matching chairs, offering a relaxed setting. The space features artificial grass flooring and is surrounded by a transparent railing, providing unobstructed views of the surroundings.

In general, we were satisfied, they were very nice at the front desk and we were very pleasantly surprised by the pool with a bar right on the premises of the hotel. The room was clean and very welcoming. There are shops and public transport stops within walking distance. The fact that the hotel is located just a few minutes from the city center is great in terms of distance, but the location itself is not very clean. There is a large amount of trash on the streets around the hotel, and many people didn't seem very safe to me in the immediate vicinity.

I had a perfect stay at Roberts place. Robert is such a nice a considerate host! His small acts of kindness left a particulary positive impression on me.
