Free parking in the building (small and medium-sized vehicles can easily pass through the courtyard). There are prepaid Netflix and TV Watching apps.

The owner lives one floor bellow, so it is possible to contact her without any problems if necessary. The main centre of city you can walking (5-6 minut)!
