This is a lovely 1 Bedroom private apartment with its own ensuite bathroom, kitchen and lounge area. The apartment opens out onto a patio via a double sliding ranch slider to maximise the indoor outdoor flow. There is also a heat pump for your comfort. It is a short walk to Ngamotu golf club, 3 minutes down to the Valley shopping centre and 5 minutes to the CBD. The famous walkway is at the end of the street where you will get some great shots of the mountain through the Te Rewa Rewa bridge.

The exterior view of the studio showcases a modern design with a covered outdoor area. Large glass doors provide access to the interior, while a small garden area features potted plants. The entrance is framed by sleek fencing and a wooden deck.

Lovely little private cabin in Fitzroy. Newly renovated and consists of a bedroom with King size bed, There is a skylight above the bed equipped with a blockout blind. The Bathroom is en-suite with large rain shower. Cosy lounge area with flat screen TV. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with microwave, toaster and a fridge for your wine and beers! The French doors lead to a decked area overlooking your own garden area where you can relax and unwind.

A comfortable sleeping area features a spacious bed dressed in a light blue quilt. Decorative pillows add a pop of color, while a bedside table with a lamp provides soft lighting. Concrete walls offer a unique texture, and large windows allow natural light.
