This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. A few steps from the seawall and all the pubs, cafes and restaurants Brixham has to offer. The South West Coastal path is directly in front of the house and we welcome small dogs. Secure free parking for one car is available 500 metres away. Various boat trips and cliff walks on the doorstep.

The three storey semi-detached house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2020, has sea views from the master bedroom.
